Welcome to join TakeTours.com affiliate program. Any individuals or entity that join our affiliate program must accept this TakeTours.com Affiliate Program agreement without change. By submitting the online application you are agreeing that you have read and understood the terms and conditions of this agreement and you agree to be legally responsible for each and every term and condition.

1. About TakeTours.com Affiliate Program Agreement

This agreement contains and describes the complete terms and conditions that apply to you becoming an affiliate in TakeTours.com Affiliate Program. Please note that throughout this agreement, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer toTakeTours.com, and “you”, “your”, “yours” refer to the affiliate.

2. Modification

We always keep the right to modify any of the terms and conditions in this agreement at any time at our sole discretion. Modifications may include but are not limited to the changes in commission structure, payment procedures, and TakeTours.com Affiliate Program rules. If any of the modification is unacceptable to you, you can terminate the agreement at any time. Continuing your participation in TakeTours.com Affiliate Program will indicate your agreement to the modifications.

3.     Enrollmentand Obligation

There is no fee to join our affiliate program. To enroll in our affiliate program, you must submit an affiliate registration form. Coupon websites are not eligible for TakeTours Affiliate Program.  We may immediately terminate your affiliate account and your commission will be set to zero without warning when you violate the followings:

3.1 Affiliates Must NOT copy or resemble the look and feel of TakeTours.com (i.e. the distinctive and particular elements of color, graphics, design, organization, presentation, layout, user interface, navigation, trade dress and stylistic convention with TakeTours.com, and the total appearance and impression substantially formed by the combination, coordination and interaction of such elements).

3.2 If you are enrolled in our affiliate program and participate in PPC advertising

3.2.1. You Must Not bid on any of our trademarked terms, including any variations or misspellings thereof for search or content based campaigns on Google, Bing, Yahoo, Facebookor any other network.

3.2.2. You Must Not use our trademarked terms in sequence with any other keyword (i.e. TakeToursCoupons).

3.2.3. You Must Not use our logo or trademarked terms anywhere in your ad, including: ad title, adcopy, display name or as the display URL.

3.2.4. You Must Not direct link to our website from any pay per click as or use redirects that yield the same result. Affiliate must be directed to an actual page on your website.

3.2.5. You Must Not bid in any manner appearing higher than TakeTours when you are promoting TakeTours products by running auction style pay-per-click advertising program.

3.2.6. If you automate your PPC campaigns, it is your responsibility to exclude our trademarked terms from your program and we strongly suggest you add our trademarked terms as negative keywords  

Trademarked Terms Examples: TakeTours, TakeTours.com, www.TakeTours.com, TakeTourscom. This includes any variations or misspellings of the trademark.

3.3 You Must Not post affiliate links on TakeTours social media sites or any company pages in an attempt to turn those links into affiliate sales.

3.4 You Must Not publish or link to TakeTours from offensive websites, for example, adult, gambling.

3.5 You Must Not use affiliate program for personal bookings to obtain the discount.

4. TakeToursAffiliate Program Anti-Spam Policy

TakeTours has zero tolerance policy towards any affiliate associated with spam. Once we find if an affiliate is involved with spam in any way including, without limitation, creating, sending or distributing spam, TakeTours will immediately terminate the affiliate account and affiliate will forfeit all commissions owed to the account.

5. Term and Termination

The term of this Agreement will begin when you accept and both of us may end this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party a written notice. The written notice can be in the format of mail, email or fax. Upon the termination of the Agreement, you must immediately cease use of the all the links to TakeTours/GotoBus website and all other materials provided in connetion with our affiliate program.

6. Commission

Affiliates will receive 5% of the booking paid amount for vacation packages with a duration of 5 days or more, 4% for tours with 4 days or less,and 2 % for bus services and hotels. The commission of the canceled bookings will be deducted automatically from your account by our system.

Exclusion: Greyhound Bus Services and Private Tour Services

7. Payment

A minimum of $50 is required for payout. The payment won’t be issued until the affiliate account gets verified by TakeTours. Payments are settled to all affiliates the 25th of the month for the accrued purchases of the previous month. You should set up your preferred payment option before this date to receive the payment by the end of the month. Commissions will be credited by the system automatically based on the departure date. If affiliate customer cancels, disputes or rejects a product purchased and or availed, and TakeTours has already paid affiliate the commission based on the product being purchased and or availed, TakeTours will deduct the amount of the disputed fee from the next payment to affiliate. You should set up your preferred paymentoption before this date to receive the payment by the end of the month.
