Day 1: Anchorage

Today we will gather in Anchorage and meet with local tour director. Then we will transfer to hotel.

Day 2: Anchorage - Denali National Park (180 miles)

After breakfast, we will board a motorcoach north to Denali National Park. The route takes us along the scenic Parks Highway where you will make several stops along the way. Watch for a glimpse of the majestic Denali and wildlife along the way. Welcome dinner included this evening. Overnight Denali.

Day 3: Denali National Park

This morning we will travel deep into Denali National Park on the Tundra Wilderness Tour and search the vast wilderness for bear, moose, caribou, and Dall sheep. This six to eight hours journey is narrated allowing for insight into the animals, flora and fauna of this region including a snack on the bus. We can enjoy our own free time in the afternoon. There are many activities to choose from including mild or wild river rafting, flight seeing, a jet boat safari on the Nenana River or a visit to an Iditarod champion's award winning dog kennel. Early May &September tours are shortened due to road conditions. Overnight Denali.

Day 4: Denali - Talkeetna (104 miles)

After breakfast in this morning. we will be at own leisure for optional tours. Then we will be transferred to the Denali Rail Depot where you will board a Deluxe Dome Railcar for a scenic rail journey south to the quaint town of Talkeetna. Overnight Talkeetna.

Day 5: Talkeetna - Seward (154 miles)

After breakfast, we will board the deluxe motorcoach for adventure to Seward. As you travel along the scenic Turnagain Arm, keep an eye out for Dall sheep high up in the rocky cliffs, as well as moose, bear and eagle on your journey. Overnight Seward.

Day 6: Seward

Spend the morning exploring the coastal community of Seward. Later we will board a glacier and wildlife cruise and travel through the majestic Kenai Fjords National Park. Explore the face of a glacier and keep your eyes open for seals, sea lions, whales, bears and puffins throughout this half-day exploration cruise. Then we could enjoy lunch on board. Overnight Seward.

Today, we will ride a motorcoach to Anchorage after breakfast. Upon arrival in Anchorage, we will enjoy a brief City tour of Anchorage, featuring the historic downtown area as well as the Anchorage Museum. Tonight, we can share stories of your Alaskan Adventure with our traveling companions at dinner. Overnight Anchorage.

    The museum opened in 1968 in a 10,000-square-foot (930 m2) building with an exhibition of 60 borrowed Alaska paintings, a collection of 2500 historic and ethnographic objects. First accredited in 1973, the museum has maintained its accreditation since. In 1992, the museum became the home for the Alaska office of the Smithsonian's NMNH Arctic Studies Center, which supports the museum's mission through research, education, and exhibitions.

Today our adventure will come to an end with a transfer to the airport.
  • Free Airport Pick up: 24-hour pick up service is available at the ANC airport. Please meet your tour guide beside the Bag Claim area after a going down escalator upon your arrival. The exact hotel information will be provided 30 days prior to the tour departure date.
  • Return: Since this tour have no itinerary on last day, when to leave from the airport will depend on your wishes. Guests will be transferred to the airport on last day.

  • This tour requires U.S. visa. Please take with your valid travel document along the trip.
  • The Pre-paid Tips for All Services already includes all tips such as the tour guide/driver $5/person/day, restaurant waiter tips, hotel waiter luggage delivery fees to the room, etc.
  • Guests could choose to purchase meals when your booking or from your tour guide while on the tour.
  • The Dome Railcars train ticket is included. No refund will be provided if you cannot ride the train for any personal reasons.
  • Flightseeing over Mt. Denali may be cancelled due to severe weather conditionas and subject to actual situation.
  • Due to Fire safety regulations in Alaska, each room can only accommodate 2 queen beds/1 king bed with no any extra bed. Triple and Quad occupancy have two double beds in the room.

Confirmation

  • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book airline tickets until you have received the confirmation.

Redemption

  • Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, is included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

    The purchase of any travel services represents your acceptance Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking.
  • Booking changes
    A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply. Please be noted that we do not allow departure change 48 hours before departure.
  • Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
    Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to TakeTours by email or through web mail at Contact Us .
  • Cancellation and Refund Policy:
    TakeTours makes every effort to serve our customers better. We also advise all customers to purchase traveler's insurance in case of interruption, accidents, illness, or anything else that may come up. If a reservation has to be cancelled, customers will be charged a fee depending on how far from the departure date the cancellation takes place.
    No refund if cancellation is made within 10 days of departure.
    50% refund if cancellation is made within 11-20 days of departure.
    70% refund if cancellation is made within 21-30 days of departure.
    The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
    Notification day and departure day are NOT counted. Unused features are non-refundable. In addition, there is 6% handling fee added on to the above penalties. NOTE: We cannot grant refunds more than 30 days after completion of tour.
  • Itinerary Variations
    We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
  • Tour Cancellation
    We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, TakeTours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.
