Guests will be picked up in Boston in the morning. We will then journey south to historic Plimoth Plantation, a living recreation of the small farming and maritime community built by the Pilgrims along the shore of Plymouth Harbor. We'll visit the home of Hobbamock, the Pokanoket Wampanoag Indian who lived next to the plantation. Then on to Plymouth Grist Mill. Walk through the beautiful Brewster Gardens on your way to the waterfront. After lunch, we visit some of the other historical sites including Plymouth Rock, Cole's Hill and lovely Brewster Gardens. Be sure to view the National Monument of the Forefathers. If you are choosing the "Waterfront Only" Option for Plymouth, you will be dropped off to explore the many historical landmarks on your own. The waterfront has wonderful eateries with fresh seafood and boat tours. Then we will stroll through Brewster Gardens, visit the great shops and enjoy your day at your own pace.

    Plymouth is a coastal town in Massachusetts, south of Boston. It is the site of the first Pilgrim settlement, founded in 1620. Plymouth Rock, a boulder in Pilgrim Memorial State Park, marks the place where settlers are thought to have landed on shore.

    Plimoth Plantation

    The Plimoth Plantation in Plymouth, MA is a fully-functioning historical town set in the year 1627. The complex also contains a recreation of the Mayflower, a craft center, a small farm animal zoo, and a movie theater.

    Plimoth Grist Mill

    This working grist mill in Plymouth, MA is a reconstruction of the old Jenney Grist Mill built by colonist John Jenney in 1636. It burned down in 1837, but was rebuilt on the same spot.
