Overview

This boat from Boston to Provincetown is the largest and fastest passenger catamaran of her kind in the country, traveling at speeds up to 40 knots (45mph). That's faster than most speedboats! She's also the largest vessel in her category, which in combination with a computerized ride stabilization system provides an incredibly smooth, comfortable journey.

Powered by four state of the art Caterpillar marine engines producing 7,200 total horsepower, the Salacia's horsepower is equivalent to 40 average family sedans or 15 Ferraris. These engines, coupled with Rolls Royce 550A water jets, project 120,000 gallons of water per minute at full speed-- that's enough to fill an Olympic size swimming pool in about five minutes, or your average-sized household bathtub in the blink of an eye.

Salacia also transports 600 people in superior comfort, with cushioned airline and booth style seating, air-conditioning, free on-board WiFi, audio-visual system with satellite TV, full cash bar and food. Plus, with all the outside deck space available, you won't have to wait until you get to Provincetown to take in some summer sun.

Boston is a city as beautiful as it is historically significant. Visitors can walk the Freedom Trail and see where the seeds of the American Revolution were sown or visit the North End and look out over the harbor.
Cape Cod, MA

A geographic cape extending into the Atlantic Ocean from the southeastern corner of mainland Massachusetts, in the northeastern United States. Its historic, maritime character and ample beaches attract heavy tourism during the summer months.

Provincetown

Located at the very tip of the Cape Cod peninsula, Provincetown, Massachusetts is a historical beach town popular with tourists from all over the world. The pilgrims on the Mayflower landed in this located back in 1620.

The ferry departs on schedule so we suggest you arrive 30 minutes prior to your departure time to allow for boarding. Once it's left the dock, you will miss the boat. No refund for this.
