  • I booked through TakeTours.com This tour company is a Chinese-American owned company. This tour is best to get an overview of the different cities in Europe on a budget. Then if you like a city a lot, it is better to go back and explore on your own. You are on the go on this tour. Wake up early and arrive late to hotel. Some hotels are very nice and a few are not so pleasant. Majority of the hotels are away from the city center. At few of the hotels you can manage to take public transportation to the center at night if you have the energy. Some hotels have free Wifi and others you have to pay for. Currently, the company is trying out new accommodations and I believe they may even book hotels the day of stay. At times you have to walk quickly to keep up with the tour leader or to beat the crowds to the restrooms. "Free Time" is more relaxing. This is where you explore the area on your own and have to get back to the bus or meeting spot at a certain time. The pro of taking this tour is that you get to cover a lot of countries in a short period of time. You will have tons of pictures and feel like a world traveler. It will be a memory that will last a lifetime. Many stories will come from this trip, some good and some bad. I guarantee you will laugh. I recommend bringing snacks and water. Plus you will need Euro CASH to pay the city entrance fees, daily five Euro service fee and group activities.
