Today we can enjoy our free day in Hurghada or join the optional tour: we will be picked up from the hotel in Hurghada by Toyota land cruiser 4×4 weel drive, then drive for 35km in the Eastern desert of Egypt to a Bedouin village for a tour to know their life and traditions. Then we will ride a camel and witness the amazing sunset view with BBQ. We will watch stars by night while driving back from Bedouin village to our hotel in Hurghada.
After breakfast, we will be picked up from hotel in Hurghada for a fantastic snorkeling trip with desert island relaxation on the beautiful Red Sea. We will take a snorkeling in different spots which are full of corals and magnificent colorful fish. We will also have a chance to swim with dolphins, enjoy the water sports activities on Giftun Island and the national park with open buffet lunch aboard the cruise. Then we will return back to shuttle and transfer to the hotel in Hurghada.
Hurghada, EGYPT
Hurghada is an Egyptian city that sits on the Red Sea. It is the third largest city in the country and one of its main tourist destinations. It is also fairly young, having only been founded in the 20th century.
Giftun Island
With spectacular reefs and pristine beaches, Giftun Island is a favorite day trip attraction from Hurghada, and offers the best of the Red Sea just a short distance from the mainland. The area surrounding Giftun Island supports soft and hard corals, and there are more than 1,000 invertebrate species living in the reef.
After breakfast, we will transfer to Cairo by an A/C bus. We will start the full day by visiting the Egyptian Museum of antiquities. We will have a chance to see the display, which is a rare collection of 5000 years of art and the largest most precious collection of Egyptian art in the world. Afterwards we will continue to visit the Great Pyramids - Cheops, Chephren and Mykerions. Then we will have a close-up look at the Sphinx, a huge funeral complex guarded by the legendary lion body with the face of king Chephren. After that, we will head to hotel. Overnight in Cairo.
Cairo, EGYPT
Cairo, Egypt's sprawling capital, is set on the Nile River. Nearby, Giza is site of the iconic pyramids and Great Sphinx, dating to the 26th century B.C.E. In Gezira Island's leafy Zamalek district, 187m Cairo Tower affords panoramic city views.
The Egyptian Museum
Containing an unparalleled collection of over 120,000 items, this museum opened in 1902 to show a detailed history of ancient Egyptian culture. Many languages can be found on the artifacts, including Egyptian, Greek, Roman, and Arabic.
Pyramid of Khufu
The oldest, largest, and most famous of the 3 pyramids at Giza, the Great Pyramid was built around 2560 BC in the 4th Egyptian Dynasty. For 3,800 years, it was the largest man-made structure in the world.
Great Sphinx of Giza
The Great Sphinx rises above the desert majestically as the tallest monolith statue in the world. It was built during the Old Kingdom of Egypt, usually dated between 2558-2532 BCE, under the reign of Pharaoh Khafra.
In the morning, we will be transferred to the Cairo Airport by the tour representative who will assist you at the airport through final departure formalities. Please refer to the "Departure & Return" for more detailed information about drop off.

Booking Changes
A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.
Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to Taketours by email or through web mail at Contact Take tours for details. Cancellation penalties per person (Notification day and departure day are not counted)
30 or more days prior to departure - 10% of total purchase amount.
7-29 days prior to departure - 25% of total purchase amount.
4-6 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
Within 3 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
Day of departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a schedule trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every efforts to maintain the normal operation. The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee. NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of tour.
Itinerary Variations
We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
Tour Cancellation:
We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, Taketours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers. We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
