Tour was amazing, they were very punctual, the day's itinerary could have been clear while booking, they changed the days when we visited the places but the tour guide did explain it beginning of the day so not a big issue. Our Driver Joe was really great, very professional and Tour guide Joseph did a great job explaining things in a well structured way.
They accommodated our special food request and made sure we got what we requested, great job with that!
Overall, I would highly recommend this tour

We had booked a 6 days Banff, Jasper holiday package. All the arrangements were perfect. It started right from the time our flight landed at Calgary. All hotels were in the city centre with close proximity to good restaurants and sight seeing places. The guides explained the relevance of all places that we visited. A big thanks to all the guides, especially Zoe, David, Allen and the driver Gary. Our only concern was with a guide Carmen. She was our guide for the Banff city tour, covering the sulphur mountain and other places. She did not explain the significance/history of the places we covered. It was a concern not just for us, but many guests with whom we interacted during the tour. Bit more professionalism is required . I tried calling the help line number listed on the website few days before the trip. No one answered the calls. Then we had to call Calgary Tours, the local travel agent to clear doubts of our trip. Kindly answer the phone calls or atleast call back the client. Overall a very good tour. Will definitely book more vacations through you guys. Thank you

We have done 1-Day Lake Louise, Yoho National Park Tour from Calgary on 28thAug23 through Take Tours. Tour started at right time and also returned in time. Jessy was our guide. Who was good, talkative, was giving information through out journey, informing about tourist spot, what to do/ what not to do and keeping timing in control. Our tour went very well. Thanks Take tours.

Westar Travels did an excellent job in managing the tour during the peak season. All attractions were covered. All the tour guides were very good - Jamie, Stella and Simon. Hotels were decent. But Westar should drop Lake Louise gondolla (the view is not great for the ticket price and time) and instead give more time at Morraine Lake and Lake Louise.

Overall it was a good experience. Except the AC in the bus was not working it was very hot in the bus which gave me a headache and made me nauseated We all complained but they couldn’t do anything about it. So not a good experience with transportation
The guides were good Jaela and Ray.
The only suggestion I have is to please keep a sign in the reserved seats in order to reduce the confusion and time wasted to move people after being seated. It caused some unhappiness in people
I would recommend this tour they were punctual, good hotel accommodation, very orderly.

Wonderful itinerary and tour areas for this summer vacation in Canada. Sherry the bus driver is awesome ? pick up and drop offs are on time. Tour guide Jessie was very friendly and polite…good team efforts to give their guests great tours and visit tourists site locations.
