We will visit Lake Louise Ski Resort where you can experience Tubing and Sightseeing Gondola.
*Will be replaced by leisure time at Lake Louise if not joining below optional activities.
**If Lake Louise Ski Resort (included gondola and tubing) is not Open, will be replaced by Icefield Parkway (Bow Lake/Peyto Lake)

Afterwards we will continue to visit Lake Minnewanka and Banff Upper Hotspring (This will be replaced by CAVE & BASIN HISTORIC SITE if not available )

  • Day Tour Baggage Allowance Baggage Restrictions: one piece carry on luggage per person. Check-in luggage per baggage will be charged C$25+5% per day.

Confirmation

  • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book the airline tickets until you received the confirmation.

Redemption

  • Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, is included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

  • Changes to Reservations Policy:
    The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
    Cancellation and Refund Policy:
    TakeTours makes every effort to serve our customers better. We also advise all customers to purchase traveler's insurance in case of interruption, accidents, illness, or anything else that may come up. If a reservation has to be cancelled, customers will be charged a fee depending on how far from the departure date the cancellation takes place.

    Within 6 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount
    Day of departure or no-show - 100% of total purchase amount
  • Itinerary Variations
    We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
  • Tour Cancellation
    We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, TakeTours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.
  • Complementary Items (If applicable)
    If the tour package includes complimentary items, there is no cash value or refund for unused services.
  • We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
