Today we will have an amazing tour of Banff National Park that will take us to sights such as Lake Louise and Columbia Icefield. Today we will head to Vancouver, BC. On our way we will stop in Kamloops, BC to visit the Sunmore Ginseng Factory. We will continue our drive and arrive at Vancouver in the late afternoon. Please see "Departure and Return Details" for more information.

    The Sunmore Ginseng Factory and Spa in Kamloops, British Columbia, Canada is the only ginseng manufacturer in North America and was founded in 1991 by Chinese doctor Zhang Shunmei. Visitors can enjoy the relaxing ginseng spa.
  • Airport Pickup: Your tour escort will be wearing a red uniform and holding a sign with your name. He will wait at domestic CLAIM BELT #8 at Calgary Airport at 2:15pm.
  • Vancouver out: Free airport drop off service available between 8:00 am-9: 30 pm (if you upgrade your hotel to Type B or D which located in downtown area, the free drop off service is available between 8:00 am-8: 00 pm).
  • Note:
    • Flight information need to provided at least 3 days in advance if not unable to arrange pick up and they will consider self check in to hotel.

Additional Note

  • English Tour Rockies 4-Meal Plan and English Tour All 3-Day Meal Plan is only available for customers who chose the English Narration in Language.
  • Booking: Please book airline tickets after your tour booking is confirmed, tour booking will be confirmed within 1-2 business days.
  • Airport pickup: Please provide arrival/return flight schedules at the time of booking or at least 5 days prior departure; otherwise, you are required to proceed to the hotel at your own expense.
  • Luggage: We suggest each passenger may carry one check-in luggage and one carry-on bag. Additional luggage fee is $35/ extra piece.
  • Language: All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour and/or driver guides (Chinese/Cantonese/ English). Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours and/or languages may be combined to operate the tours.
  • Optional Meal Plan : Chinese style.

Confirmation

  • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking, please do not book the airline tickets until your received the confirmation.

Redemption

  • You will receive a confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order is received. Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, is included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

  • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking, please do not book the airline tickets until your received the confirmation.
  • Cancellation penalties per person (request day and departure day are not counted)
    23-30 days prior to departure date - 30% penalty
    15-22 days prior to departure date - 50% penalty
    No refund within 14-day prior to departure date. No partial refund on any unused services.
    The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. The refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee
    NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds 30 days after completion of the tour.
  • Rockies hotel upgrade is non-refundable once booking confirmed.
  • Prices may vary subject to availability/season/weekend/holiday.
  • We reserve right to cancel a schedule to fully refund affected customers although we will make every effort to maintain the regular operation.

  • The first day was awesome with the visit of Lake Louise and Jasper Park! It would of been nice to do more stop to visit on the second day. Food accommodation was okay but would of liked more diversity.
