Day 4: Jasper - Banff - Calgary (214 km)

Today we will visit Maligne Lake, Maligne Canyon, Peyto Lake and Crowfoot Glacier. Guests can choose to take Maligne Lake Cruise. During the trip, we will pass by Medicine Lake and make a short stop at The Crossing. We will return to Calgary in the evening.

Departure around 9:30 AM from Banff. Complete the itinerary between 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM.

    Crowfoot Glacier

    Crowfoot Glacier is located in Banff National Park, Alberta, Canada, 32 km (20 mi) northwest of Lake Louise, and can be viewed from the Icefields Parkway. The glacier is situated on the northeastern flank of Crowfoot Mountain.

    Duration: Approx. 15 Minutes

  • Airport Meet and Greet:
    Complimentary Airport Pickup service, but need to pay tips at C$5/per person to the driver: Available from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, every 2 hours (9:00/11:00/13:00/15:00/17:00/19:00/21:00). Please meet tour guide in yellow coat at Exit #7 Information Centre.
    Note: Kindly inform us one week in advance if you don't require pickup. If flight details aren't provided timely, please arrange your own transport to the hotel. A hotel check-in voucher will be provided.
  • Alternative Pickup options:
    Shuttle bus to hotel: Self-arranged. We'll provide your hotel check-in voucher 3 days before the tour begins.
    Paid Airport Pickup: 1-4 travelers, C$60 per vehicle; 5-10 travlers, C$150 per vehicle (exclude tax, tips of C$5/person).
  • Return Flight Arrangement:
    Please book your departure flight for 9:30 PM or later. We'll provide transportation to Calgary Airport after the tour concludes.

Additional Note

  • Pre-order Meal Selection: If you choose the meal plan, please select your main dish for lunch from the following options: Chicken, Alberta Beef, or Vegetarian. Each guest may choose their own option. If we do not receive your selection 7 days prior to the tour departure, "Alberta Beef" will be automatically selected as the main dish.
  • Meal Plan: Not recommend choosing the group meal option for guests with any dietary requirement (e.g., vegetarian) or allergies.
  • Hotel Policy
  • Hotel Room Type: Standard rooms feature either "two double beds" , "one double bed with a sofa bed", or "one double bed". Please note that no extra beds are provided for 3rd or 4th guests in the room.
  • Check-in Time: Hotel check in time is 4:00 PM. Guests arriving in the morning are not guaranteed to check in.
  • Others: According to the regulations of different hotels, you may be asked to provide a credit card as a deposit for incidental expenses during the stay, such as telephone calls, etc. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms. Violation of the rules will result in a fine of the passenger's own cost.
  • Luggage Allowance: Each person is allowed one check-in and one carry-on luggage, subject to applicable size restrictions. An additional fee of C$52.50 (C$50 + 5% tax) will be charged per extra baggage.
  • VIP Seat Availability: VIP Seats (first 3 rows or small group of less than 14 people) are not guaranteed on airport pickup day.
  • VIP SEAT Upgrade If you prefer VIP seats in the first four rows on the coach, there is an additional fee of CA$99 per person. Please feel free to contact us if needed. *If the first day of the tour involves airport pickup, seating in the first 4 rows cannot be guaranteed.
  • Itinerary Adjustments: In case of attraction closures due to weather conditions, we will substitute them with alternative attractions to ensure a fulfilling experience.
  • Infant/Child Car Seat: Please bring your own car seat if needed for infants or children.

Confirmation

  • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book the airline tickets until you received the confirmation.

Redemption

  • Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, is included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

Terms & Condition

  • Cancellation and Refund Policy:
    TakeTours makes every effort to serve our customers better. We also advise all customers to purchase traveler's insurance in case of interruption, accidents, illness, or anything else that may come up. If a reservation has to be canceled, customers will be charged a fee depending on how far from the departure date the cancellation takes place.
  • Cancellation Fees:
    • 32 or more days prior to departure - 10% of total purchase amount + 5%GTS
    • 15-31 days prior to departure - 60% of total purchase amount + 5%GTS
    • Within 14 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount
    • Day of departure or no-show - 100% of total purchase amount
    • Unused features are non-refundable. No-shows forfeit entire payment.
      The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
  • Itinerary Variations:
    We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
  • Tour Cancellation:
    We reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure of the tour, TakeTours only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers. We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.

  • We had taken 3 n 4 d Jasper and Banff tour in June 2022 with family...Tour was great with excellent tour guide and bus .. hotel in banff was right in downtown but rooms provided to taketours passengers were way back part of hotel ...apart from that entire tour was great
