Amazing cultural tour of Mexico City. Booking was straight forward and any queries raised were answered by the taketours team either via correspondence or on the phone. Once we arrived at Mexico City we found the local agent very helpful, friendly and punctual. We were picked up and dropped off at the airport with plenty of time to spare. As for the daily tours they were very well planned. The local guides were knowledgeable and accommodating. The hotel and local restaurants we visited were very clean and the food absolutely amazing. Also the arts and crafts stop overs were very interesting with prices to match all budgets. People were courteous and was no hard selling involved. We had an amazing time and unforgettable time.

The places were amazing and the food was also great. I really enjoyed this tour.

Great tour. The tours in Mexico City and the tour from Mexico City are actually handled by separate companies. But by booking here, you get everything in one package.
The tour around Mexico City goes to most of the historic spots, including the center, the museum and the canals. The stop at the museum only covers the Aztec section. If you want time to see the rest of the museum, add an extra day in Mexico City.
The tour from Mexico City to Cancun allows plenty of time at the ruins. They're all quite fascinating. At Palenque and Uxmal, you can climb some of the pyramids.
I went in October. This is actually the off-season, when tourist crowds are smaller. There were only 15 people on our tour. The tour bus had seating for 30 people and was quite spacious. The hotels were great. Some even had 2-room suites.
