Today, we will visit Katherine Gorge, set deep within the stone country of Nitmiluk National Park, quite a dramatic setting. The towering rock wall ramparts above the Katherine River, the prolific birdlife, and a boat ride will highlight the grandeur of this spectacular locale. We will see Edith Falls cascade down the sheer rock wall face into a plunge pool. We will also see Pine Creek, a historic town, and the Adelaide River War Cemetery.
