Day 1: Dubrovnik

At 1:00pm, we will board a Category A cruiser out of Dubrovnik Harbor. After enjoying lunch together on board, we will set off to explore the city with the help of our tour guide. The walled city of Dubrovnik is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The walls themselves are one of the main tourist attractions, and we will see them and explore the marble streets of the Old Town. At the beach, we can enjoy a cold beer should we choose. For dinner, we can feast on fresh seafood before experiencing the local nightlife and partying in a 13th century fortress.

Day 2: Dubrovnik - Mljet

Today, we will depart from Dubrovnik after breakfast and cruise down the coast to the forest-covered island of Mljet. This picturesque island is dotted with fields, vineyards and small villages. Half of it is a national park. According to legend, Mljet is where Odysseus was trapped for seven years with his lover Calypso, though locals believe it was the island's natural beauty that charmed him. We will spend the afternoon exploring, swimming, kayaking, climbing, cycling or riding a scooter. In the evening, we will optional to enjoy a special "Pirate Party" onboard our boat, enjoying a BBQ dinner and playing games to pass the night away.

Day 3: Mljet - Korcula

Today, we will sail to Lumbarda Beach and spend hours swimming, sunbathing and playing water sports. Afterwards, we will continue to Korcula, a town blessed with indented coves, rolling hills and a walled old town that looks like a miniature Dubrovnik. Korcula is the birthplace of Marco Polo, and we will have the afternoon free to visit the place where he lived after an orientation walk. We can also spend the afternoon checking out the markets and local handicrafts or enjoying a drink in a bar located at the top of the old city tower for some phenomenal views.

Day 4: Korcula - Hvar

This morning, we will leave Korcula and set sail for Hvar, one of the sunniest islands in the Adriatic, well-known for its exciting nightlife, gorgeous beaches and for being a celebrity hot-spot. The island is also famous for its lavender, sage, rosemary and wine. After an orientation walk of Hvar, we can sample the fresh cuisine in the numerous restaurants, then get ready to party at the local bars and clubs.

Day 5: Hvar - Makarska

In the morning, we will stop at hidden bays to go swimming before arriving at the popular mainland resort town of Makarska, a town with a stunning backdrop courtesy of the Biokovo mountain range. We will go on a brief orientation walk before having the afternoon free to lie on the beautiful stretches of beach or do some water sports. There are loads of cafes, bars and restaurants that line the coastline too. At night we will attend a thrilling party... in a cave!

Day 6: Makarska - Omis (31 km)

Today, we will have ample time to stop and swim before we sail to Omis, the riviera with a rich and turbulent history of pirates. There's evidence found on every corner including ancient names and old stone monuments. Omis is located at the mouth of the Cetina River and surrounded by massive gorges with a pleasant Mediterranean climate. We will go rafting, one of the highlights of the week!

Day 7: Omis - Split (20 km)

Today, we will spend another day in paradise, sailing further along the coast and stopping to swim and eat lunch on one of the local beaches. We will soak up the sun and relax on our way to Split. In the 4th Century the Roman Emperor Diocletian built a palace here as a retirement home, but today we will find countless restaurants and shops. We will have the afternoon free to pick up some souvenirs in the markets, relax in a café along the promenade or enjoy one last day at the beach.

Additional Note

  • This tour is recommended for travelers between 18-39 years old. Others are welcome, but most passengers will be within this age group.
  • Children are not allowed; Passengers must be over 18-year-old in order to join the tour.
  • Spending money: Every person has different spending habits, but to help you out with your planning, we estimated your average daily expenses. An approximate amount of �20 per day for lunch & dinner (without drinks), and �30 per day as personal spending money (souvenirs, handicraft etc. not included) is generally sufficient.

Confirmation

  • Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a receipt of booking by email. Within 2-3 business days of submitting your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email confirming the booking status. Please do not book any airline tickets until you receive the status of your booking.

Redemption

  • You will receive a confirmation voucher in 2-3 business days after you receive the e-ticket. Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination and departure details, is included in your confirmation voucher. When you reserve your attractions and services you will be asked to print the confirmation voucher to present when you arrive at your destination. It is your proof of purchase.

    The purchase of any travel services represents your acceptance Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking.
  • Booking changes
    All changes, amendments or additions must be confirmed prior to 60 days of the departure date to avoid cancellation or amendment fees. No new passengers may be added to a booking once completed.

  • Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
    Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to TakeTours by email or through web mail at Contact Us .
  • a) Name & Tour Date changes requested within:
    60-30 days of departure will incur an amendment fee of �25 per person;
    29-15 days of departure will incur an amendment fee of �50 per person;
    14 days of departure will be made at the sole discretion of tour operator.
    b) Tour Destination changes requested within:
    60-30 days of departure will incur an amendment fee of �35 per person;
    29 days of departure will be made at the sole discretion of tour operator.
    Changing the tour date and/or the destination is subject to availability of the new requested date and/or the destination. If the revised tour has a higher price and/or local payment, the price difference must be paid by the passenger. It is not possible to transfer the booking to travel dates outside of seasonal dates covered in tour operator brochure or by the relevant edition of the website valid at the time the original booking was made. Hotelier cancellation charges are liable to be paid by the passenger in the event of booked pre-tour and post-tour accommodation being unused whatever the circumstances are.
  • Cancellations penalty within the balance payment period (60-0 days prior to departure) are as follows: (Notification day and departure day are not counted)
    60 days or more prior to departure - �60 per person.
    59-30 days prior to departure - 70% of total purchase amount.
    29-15 days prior to departure - 85% of total purchase amount.
    1-14 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
    Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
    Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
    The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
    NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of tour.
  • Itinerary Variations
    We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
  • Tour Cancellation:
    We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, TakeTours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers. We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
