Guests will be picked up from their Guadalajara hotels in the morning. Please see "Departure and Return" for more detailed information regarding pickup and drop-off times and locations. On our way to the city of Tequila, we will pass bluish-green patches of agave plants, blending earthen tones with the greens of the countryside. The special blue agave plant is used to make tequila, the signature alcohol of Mexico. Once in the city of Tequila, we will visit the downtown area, the Sauza Family Museum, and the Ancient Industrial Facilities of Tequila, a very old tequila factory where we will learn to distinguish the different types of tequila and sample them. Afterward, we will return to Guadalajara, and guests will be dropped off at their hotels.
