Day 1: Hoa Lu - Mua Cave - Tam Coc (108 km)

Breakfast: Excluded|Lunch: Included|Dinner: Excluded
7:30am - 8:00am: Guests will be picked up by their tour guide at suggested hotels around the old quarter.

9:30am-9:45am: Visiting Hoa Lu- ancient capital of Vietnam, where we can learn more about the first feudal government of Vietnam.

10:30am: Visiting Mua Cave, where we can get the impressive panoramic view of Tam Coc and NinhBinh city when you reach the top point of Ngoa Long mountain.

12:00pm: Enjoy lunch with plenty of traditional foods.

1:00pm: Discovering Tam Coc on the bamboo boat. With nearly 2 hours, we will have chance to mix with the local life, river and limestone mountains. Passing through three caves including Hang Ca, Hang Hai and the third cave Hang Ba which we will pass by boat.

3:00pm: With 1 hour of cycling we will be amazed by the countryside in the North of Vietnam. Our tour guide will introduce you the architecture of the traditional house and the life of local family.

4:00pm: Sunset party at the swimming pool. After discovering the amazing beauty of NinhBinh by walking, hiking, cycling, we can relax by swimming, drinking local tea, fresh fruits (swimming in the allowable condition). Then check in luxury Hotel or Bungalow.

7:00pm: Enjoy dinner prepared by the hotel or bungalow.

Day 2: Bai Dinh - Trang An/Cuc Phuong National Park (11647 km)

8:30am: After breakfast, we will depart from hotel and start our trip with your luggage stored on the bus. Guests could choose 1 from following 2 tour options:

Option 1: Cuc Phuong National Park:
9:30am: Visiting Cuc Phuong National Park, we will do trekking in the primary forest and go hiking in the park. We could spend a day trekking through the forest. On the way we will also visit the Cave of Early Man. Then we will have a picnic lunch in the forest. Keep following the popular trails, you could find several ancient trees named Cho Chi 1000 years
2:30pm: Return to Tam Coc and enjoy sunset party. The bus will take us back to Ha Noi.
6:30pm-7:00pm: Arrive in Ha Noi and drop off at your hotel around the old quarter.

Option 2: Trang An Eco-tourism Site and BaiDinh Pagoda:
9:30am-9:45am: Arriving Trang An Eco Tourism Site. During the 2 hours we will take the bamboo boat through many amazing caves. Then we will got to visit the King Kong Island.
12:15pm: Enjoy lunch at local restaurant with many traditional local foods.
1:30pm: Relax and drink Vietnamese tea, try some local cakes.
2:00pm: Visiting Bai Dinh pagoda, the biggest pagoda in South-East Asia.
3:30pm: Says good bye NinhBinh and go back to Hanoi.
5:30pm-6:00pm: Finish at your hotel in Hanoi.

  • Booking changes
    A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.
  • Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
    Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to TakeTours by email or through web mail at Contact Us .
  • Cancellation penalties per person
    (Notification day and departure day are not counted)
    15-30 days prior to departure - 10% of total purchase amount.
    8-14 days prior to departure - 30% of total purchase amount.
    4-7 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
    Within 3 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
    Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
    Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
    Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a schedule trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every efforts to maintain the normal operation.
    There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.
    NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of tour.
  • Itinerary Variations
    We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
  • Tour Cancellation:
    We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, TakeTours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers. We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
