i highly recommend this tour. they know where to take you, very interesting places. just leave them to it, they know what they are doing: Maggie and Fefe our tour guide, they are the best. i love that airport pick up/drop off is available (upon request). the hotel we stayed in (Naniloa Double Tree in Hilo) was very nice, very friendly people, i don't worry so much after making tours with this group; or to take any tours with them at any place...they're there for you.
Very good hotel, very good guides. Very good cars, comfortable arrangements. No food service anywhere, half the Guests refused to eat at lunch stop. Need more English speaking guides (we are in America !!!)
