Pricing Policy

  • Child rates: Child rates apply to those who are 4-11 yrs old.

  • Waikiki Shuttle: The shuttle picks up from various hotels in Waikiki; at the time of reconfirming the tour you may inform Tour Operator where will you join the tour from they will let you know the pick up time.

  • Free Dolphin Re-ride Terms:�Return trip is of equal or lesser value. Re-rides only, no refunds. Re-ride is for 1 return trip, per 1 originally paid trip.燫e-ride shuttle from Waikiki not included ($30 shuttle fare applied). No additional charge for re-ride Ko Olina shuttle.

Confirmation

  • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book the airline tickets until you received the confirmation.

Redemption

  • Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your e-ticket. You must print and bring e-ticket(s) on your trip, as they serve as proof of purchase.

Terms & Condition

  • Changes to Reservations: A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary will be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.

    Cancellation penalties per person (request day and departure day are not counted)
    15 days or more prior to departure - no penalty
    8-14 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
    Within 7 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
    Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
    Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
    Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a scheduled trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every effort to maintain normal operations.
    The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
    NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of the tour.

  • Prices may vary and are subject to availability by season, weekend, and/or holiday.
  • While we will make every effort to maintain a regular operation, we reserve the right to cancel a scheduled trip and issue a full refund to affected customers under special circumstances.
