Overview

Guests will be picked up at Waikiki hotels in the morning. Our first stop of the day will be Pearl Harbor, HI, where we will learn about the attack the catapulted the United States into World War II. Our tour will take us to the USS Arizona Memorial, visitor center, USS Battleship Missouri and the drive through National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, also known as the Punchbowl National Cemetery. We will then have a special guided tour of the USS Missouri, the battleship on which Japan signed documents of surrender at the end of World War II.

We will then return to Honolulu, HI to take a tour of the city that highlights its status as the Hawaiian capital. We will see the Honolulu Hale, 'Iolani Palace, Kawalaha'o Church, Mission Houses Museum, State Library and Archives and the Statue of King Kamehameha I.

At the end of the day, we will return to the departure points for dropoff. Please see "Departure and Returns" for more information.

National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific

The National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific is a military cemetery honoring the US Armed Forces. It is in Honolulu, Hawaii, and is visited by millions of people each year and is one of Hawaii's most popular tourist attractions.
Pearl Harbor, HI

Pearl Harbor is a lagoon harbor on the island of Oahu, Hawaii, west of Honolulu. Much of the harbor and surrounding lands is a United States Navy deep-water naval base. It is also the headquarters of the United States Pacific Fleet.

USS Arizona Memorial

This memorial in Honolulu, Hawaii serves as a remembrance of the American soldier killed in the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor in 1941. The ship marks the resting place of over one thousand of the dead.

USS Missouri Memorial

Also known as "Mighty Mo," this US Naval battleship is significant for being the place where the surrender of Japan to the United States was finalized during World War II. It is now a museum ship in Hawaii.

Honolulu Hale

Honolulu Hale ("House" in Hawaiian) is the city hall of Honolulu and the center of government for the city and county. Built in 1928, it is surrounded by many important and historical Hawaiian landmarks, such as ʻIolani Palace.

'Iolani Palace

The 'Iolani Palace in Honolulu, Hawaii is the only formerly-functional royal palace in the United States. Until 1893, King Kalākaua and Queen Liliʻuokalani ruled from the palace. Since then, it has been used as capitol building and museum.

Kawaiaha'o Church

Kawaiahaʻo Church in Honolulu on the island of Oahu is a Congregational Church built of coral stone slabs from local quarries that was completed in 1842. It was the main church of the Kamehameha royal family for several decades.

King Kamehameha I

This brass statue honors Kamehameha I, also known as Kamehameha the great, who conquered and unified the Hawaiian Islands in 1810. It serves as an important cultural, spiritual, and historical landmark for the Hawaiian people.

Departure & Return

This tour departs Waikiki 6:30-6:45am returning approximately 2:30pm.
Hotel pick up is provided from major Waikiki hotels. please enter your hotel name and address in the 'Pickup Hotel Info' field.
There are many events will be hold during the whole March, maybe cause to the road closure and made the pickup and drop off stop changed. Please conform with us within 48hs prior to departure.

Additional Note

The US Department of the Interior has instituted a "no bags" policy at the Arizona Memorial and Visitor Center. Passengers may not carry any item that offers concealment. This includes purses, handbags, backpacks, diaper bags, etc. A small camera is permitted. Please bring vital items in a manner that they can be placed in your pockets. Do not leave valuables on the bus.
