Pricing Policy

  • Child prices are applicable for children aged 4-12 years.

  • All tour schedules are arranged in advance. NO REFUNDS will be given to any customer failing to appear on the departure day.

Guests may hop on and off the trolleys and spend as much time at each attraction as they please over a 24-hour period. Alternatively, passengers can ride the trolley from one end of its line to the other and enjoy a two-hour completely guided and narrated tour of the island of Key West!

Sights on the tour include everything Mallory Square and Duval Street to Henry Flagler's historic Railroad Museum and so much more. With 13 stops at more than 100 points of interest, this highly customizable tour is great for exploring the city.

    Mallory Square

    Located on the waterfront in Key West's historic "Old Town" district.

    Duval Street

    This famous shopping and dining area in idyllic Key West, Florida runs from the Gulf of Mexico on one side to the Atlantic Ocean on the other. In addition to boutiques and dinettes, Duval Street boasts historic Victorian-Style homes.

  • Operating Times: Daily. 9:00 am to 4:30 pm. Last tour on New Year Eve from Mallory at 2:00pm.
  • Stops: 13 stops. eTicket holders may board at any of the following locations: (1) Mallory Square (2) Historic Key West Seaport (3) Simonton Row - Simonton and Greene St (4) La Concha Crowne Plaza (5) Bahama Village Market (6) Fairfield Inn (7) HTA Roosevelt Depot (next to the Gates Hotel) (8) Best Western Key Ambassador (9) East Martello Civil War Fort (10) Casa Marina Resort (11) Southernmost Trolley Stop (12) Truman Ave. & Duval St. (13) Angela & Duval Streets
  • Additional Notes: Tours depart from boarding locations approx. every 30 minutes. Patrons with etickets (voucher) or mobile ticket can board at any Old Town Trolley boarding location. Without a Ticket you must go to the ticket booth location with invoice order number. When purchasing eTickets for groups of 15 or more, please call Customer Service so that we may most effectively serve your needs. Assistance animals, such as seeing-eye dogs, are the only animals that are allowed on board the trolleys.

    Confirmation

    • Your ticket(s) will be confirmed at the time of booking. Please allow up to 8 hours to receive the confirmation. Your booking will be processed as soon as possible.

    Redemption

    • For every confirmed booking you will be required to print a voucher which is presented at the destination.
    • Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your Confirmation Email.

    Terms & Condition

    • 24 hour notice is required to change or cancel tour.
    • All sales are final and attract 100% cancellation penalties.
    • Prices may vary subject to availability/season/weekend/holiday.
    • We reserve right to cancel a schedule to fully refund affected customers although we will make every effort to maintain the regular operation.
