After picked up from the hotel in Lima in the morning, we will depart for visiting Caral. We will get to know the culture that developed simultaneously with the ancient cultures of Mesopotamia and Egypt about 5,000 years ago. If this new advanced culture was not famous for art or ceramics, it was its architecture that was its strength. The same grand pyramids and temples of worship that are still partly standing around. We will discover this fascinating place in a private car with a bilingual guide from Lima, who will translate what the authorized guide in Caral explained during the tour. On the way back to Lima, we will also visit the archaeological site of Bandurria, where we can appreciate a large architectural complex of civic-ceremonial structures.
