We will begin the day by traveling to both the East Rim and the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. Then, we will visit Horseshoe Bend. After, head to Page for night.

We will start from Page and head to the amazing Antelope Canyon, exploring this narrow canyon carved by natural weathering and water flow. Finally, we will return to the bustling city of Las Vegas.

  • If you would like to join the optional activities, please pay the fee in cash to the tour guide. You cannot buy / use the tickets on your own or use City Passes. The tour guide will arrange the tickets for the group.
  • Air fares between your city and the departure city.
  • All meals and drinks during the trip, although eating arrangements will be made by the tour guide.
  • Overtime Fee: The driver works 10-hour day (calculated from the agreed-upon meeting time) and follows the regular itinerary. Overtime incurred due to customer requests such as additional stops or extended stay times is the responsibility of the proposing customer or shared by all passengers. If overtime is caused by a customer's lateness, that customer is responsible. Overtime fees: $85/hour for a 7-seat vehicle, anything less than 1 hour is rounded up to 1 hour.
  • Any private expenses

Confirmation

  • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book airline tickets until you receive the confirmation.

Redemption

  • You will receive a confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order is processed. Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, is included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

  • Confirmation of Purchases
    All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking.
  • Changes to Reservations
    A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or itinerary will be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.
  • Cancellation Policy
      Cancellation Penalties (per person)
      Request day and departure day are not counted.
    • 17 days or more prior to departure - 10% of total purchase amount.
    • 10 to 16 days prior to departure - 40% of total purchase amount.
    • Within 9 days prior to departure or no show - 100% of total purchase amount.
      Unused features are non-refundable, and no-shows forfeit the entire payment.
      Refund Process
      Refunds will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet for future use, or can be issued to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
      We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of the tour.
  • Operator's Rights to Cancel and Adjust
    We reserve the right to cancel a scheduled tour and fully refund affected customers while making every effort to maintain regular operations. Additionally, we may modify tour arrangements to ensure a smooth experience. Please note that we are not responsible for any other travel arrangements impacted by our cancellations.
  • Itinerary Modification Due to Unforeseen Circumstances
    In the event that weather conditions, war, general strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances disrupt the journey, our company reserves the right to modify the itinerary without issuing a refund of the tour fee. This revision improves readability and maintains a formal tone.
