You can also watch 3D movies in the sweet air! Following, we will take an adventure over to the Seven Magic Mountains.   • Changes to Reservations
    A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or itinerary will be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.
  • Cancellation Policy

      Request day and departure day are not counted.
    • 31 days or more prior to departure - no penalty.
    • 15-30 days prior to departure - 30% of the total purchase amount.
    • 8-14 days prior to departure - 50% of the total purchase amount.
    • Within 7 days prior to departure - 100% of the total purchase amount.
    • Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
      Unused features are non-refundable, and no-shows forfeit the entire payment.
      Refund Process
      Refunds will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet for future use or can be issued to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
      Minimum Participation Requirement
      Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a scheduled trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every effort to maintain normal operations.
      Important Note
      We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of the tour.

  • Operator's Rights to Cancel and Adjust
    We reserve the right to cancel a scheduled tour and fully refund affected customers while making every effort to maintain regular operations. Additionally, we may modify tour arrangements to ensure a smooth experience. Please note that we are not responsible for any other travel arrangements impacted by our cancellations.
  • Itinerary Modification Due to Unforeseen Circumstances
    In the event that weather conditions, war, general strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances disrupt the journey, our company reserves the right to modify the itinerary without issuing a refund of the tour fee. This revision improves readability and maintains a formal tone.
  • Hotel Policy
    Smoking is strictly prohibited at all hotels, violation of this rule will result in a fine penalty of at least $300/person, along with other legal liabilities. If you drive to Las Vegas to catch the bus, will you be dropped off at Las Vegas at the end of the tour? I called and was told that you come back a different way. So how would I get my car?

Good afternoon, You can join the tour in Las Vegas and return to Los Angeles . If you are driving to Las Vegas you would have to depart in Las Vegas to drive back . Please keep in mind that we do not have parking facilities in Las Vegas all parking there will be at your discretion.

  • It was very satisfactory - the tour guide and driver stick to schedule, we were able to see all the places as expected. There are some hotels that are below standard (old, not so clean, lack amenities, wifi not working very well). Ray Liu our tour guide for this Tour code MB56 8-day Yellowstone, etc. was very helpful and accommodating.

  • Seven states in eight days! It was an adventure more than a vacation, but so amazing! Lower Antelope Canyon was amazing! Yellowstone was beyond belief. Our tour guide Fin made the trip insightful and historical. Which gave greater meaning to the tour. The rooms were clean and the hotel staff were friendly to our group. I liked feeling welcomed wherever we stayed and ate.
