Day 2:

In the morning we will take a walking tour around the historic center including the Metropolitan Cathedral, Zocalo, National Palace and Museum of Anthropology. Then we can choose what to do by our selves next in this diverse city. After that, we could enjoy an optional dinner & get-together with the group in the evening. We will spend the night on the bus to Sombrerete and we wiill arrive there in the morning.

This is the heart of Mexico City. The Zocalo is often the site of major parades in the city including the Mexico City Alebrije Parade.
National Museum of Anthropology
National Museum of Anthropology is the largest and most visited museum in Mexico. It contains the world's largest collection of ancient Mexican art and also has ethnographic exhibits about Mexico's present-day indigenous groups.
Day 3:
Sombrerete - Sierra de Organos National Park (23 km)

After a traditional Zacatecas breakfast and tour around the Sombrerete town, we will go to explore Sierra de Organos National Park and go for a hiking. In the evening we will join the BBQ dinner, open-air games and party with the rest of the group.

After breakfast, we will go to Zacatecas. We will join a walking tour around the historic center. In the afternoon, we will take the cable car, connecting the Cerro de la Bufa to the Cerro del Grillo which offers us a view of the beautiful city. In the evening, we could choose to join an optional dinner & get-together in one of the local restaurants/bars.

Day 5:
Zacatecas - La Quemada - Guadalajara (359 km)

In the morning, we will go to La Quemada where we could have a good relax. After lunch, we will continue to Guadalajara. We will explore the avenues and alleys of the historic center, stop in front of the Metropolitan Cathedral. Following with the tour guide, we will see top cultural and historic attractions of this beautiful city. In the evening,we could choose to join an optional dinner in one of the local restaurants.
La Quemada, MX
La Quemada is an archeological site. It is located in the Villanueva Municipality, in the state of Zacatecas.

Guadalajara, which was founded in 1532, is one of Mexico's major cultural centers. It is considered the home of Mariachi music, and hosts events like the International Film Festival of Guadalajara and the Guadalajara International Book Fair.
Day 6:
Guadalajara - Tequila - Sayulita (223 km)

In the morning, we will go to Tequila, a place where a world-famous drink comes from. After visiting one of the local tequilerias (tequila factory), we will tour around the town and enjoy optional lunch. Then we will continue to Sayulita. Surfing is one of the main attractions of this fishing tradition town. In the evening, we will join an optional dinner & get-together in one of the local restaurants/bars.

Sayulita - Mexico City (677 km)

Today we will relax on the beach sipping a refreshing cocktail, surf, snorkel, help to release saved turtles in a local turtle camp, take a jungle hike, ride a bike or horse on a secluded beach, etc. In the evening we will join an optional farewell dinner in Sayulita before taking an overnight bus back to Mexico City.

Today we will arrive in Mexico City in the morning. We could enjoy our own time and decide when to leave from this city. If you would like extend your tour, you could book the post hotel via us.
Departure: Guests should meet the tour guide and your group directly at the hotel of first day. Please confirm with us about the exact departure details in advance.
Return: guests will be dropped off at the meeting point of day 1 when the tour come to end.

Redemption
You will receive a confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order is processed. Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, is included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

Booking changes
A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.
Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to TakeTours by email or through web mail at Contact Us .
Cancellation penalties per person (Notification day and departure day are not counted)
60 days or more prior to departure - No cancellation penalty.
30-59 days prior to departure - 25% of total purchase amount.
15-29 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
Less than 15 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount
Day of departure - 100% per person.
Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a schedule trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every efforts to maintain the normal operation.
Cancellation penalties of all extra services booked with us (airport transfers, pre and post night accommodations, single room surcharge and additional activities):
31 days or more prior to departure - No cancellation penalty.
30 days or less prior to departure - 100% of the price of extra services.
NOTE: There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties. We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of tour.
Itinerary Variations
We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
Tour Cancellation:
We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, TakeTours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers. We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
