Pricing Policy

Child Rate: Children sharing a room with 2 adult passengers pay the same price as a third or fourth adult. Please note that each hotel room can only accommodate up to 4 guests of any age.
Infant Rate:Infant under 3 years do not need to pay the tour price, but need to pay the service to driver and tour guide as adult price. Please note that one room only has one free space for infant.

Day 1

In the morning, we will head to the Lion Country Safari, a drive-through park located in Loxahatchee. After that, we will go shopping at the Sawgrass Mills Mall. In the afternoon , guests can choose to continue shopping or go to the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino (about 3 hours). In the early evening, we are going back to hotel at 5:30pm from Casino or 6:00pm from Mall.

Palm Beach, FL

Lion Country Safari

Experience a drive-through safari park that features more than one thousand rare and exotic animals, ranging from giraffes, rhinos, and zebras to lions and chimpanzees. Animals are roam freely and the park's habitats mirror natural habitats of species found on premises.

Sawgrass Mills Mall

This impressive shopping mall just outside Fort Lauderdale, Florida offers designer wares at bargain prices. Stores at the complex include Bebe, Anne Taylor, Armani, United Colors of Benetton, Cache, Vans, Zales, Tommy Hilfiger, The Children's Place, and many more.

Miami Beach Hotel: Pick up and drop off services are available for all hotels in the Miami Beach area. Please write down your hotel information under the "Hotel Pick up Info" when your booking. The Roundtrip transportation fee is $20/person for first 1-2 persons and $15/person for three persons above.

Child Safety Seat:For infant under 3 years, guest can bring your own baby safety seat, or you can rent the baby safety seat $8.00 per day or per time. If you need to rent, please note and provide a valid certificate or date of birth when ordering the tour. The tour guide will charge you in the group. For children aged 4-8, the company provides child seats free of charge. Please note when ordering.

Confirmation

All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book the airline tickets until you received the confirmation.

Redemption

Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your e-ticket. You must print and bring e-ticket(s) on your trip, as they serve as proof of purchase.

The purchase of any travel services represents your acceptance Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking.
Booking changes:
A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.
Cancellations and Cancellation Fees: Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to Taketours by email or through web mail at Contact Us .
Cancellation penalties (per person):
15 or more days prior to departure - no penalty.
5-15 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
Within 5 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a schedule trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every efforts to maintain the normal operation.
The refund amount will be credited directly to your account. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of tour.
Itinerary Variations:
We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
Tour Cancellation:
We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, Taketours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers. We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
Prices may vary and are subject to availability by season, weekend, and/or holiday.
While we will make every effort to maintain a regular operation, we reserve the right to cancel a scheduled trip and issue a full refund to affected customers under special circumstances.
