Overview

This free-form tour to Key West allows guests to explore this idyllic island as they see fit. We will be picked up at our hotels in the early morning and then head south to spend a day in paradise.

Key West is an island in the Florida Keys that is the southernmost city in the continental United States. It is loved by tourists internationally for its idyllic Caribbean waters, warm and cozy weather, and stretches of white beaches.

At the end of the day, we will board the bus and return to the departure points. See "Departure and Return Details" for more information.

Departure & Return

Complimentary pick-up service is available from most hotels in Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Collins Avenue, Washington Avenue and Ocean Drive. Click here for a list of available pickup locations and times. Exact pick-up time will be provided upon reconfirmation 24 hours prior to tour. Alternatively, guests can meet the tour at 305 Lincoln Road, 33139 Miami Beach.

Policies

Confirmation

Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a receipt of booking by email. Within 72 hours of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email confirming the booking status and departure details.

Redemption

You will receive an email (e-ticket) after your order was received. Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

The purchase of any travel services represents your acceptance Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking.
Booking changes
A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply. Please be noted that we do not allow departure change 48 hours before departure.
Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to Taketours by email or through web mail at Contact Us .
Cancellation penalties per person as follows: (Notification day and departure day are not counted)
Up to 31 days prior to departure - No charge.
15-30 days prior to departure - 10% of total purchase amount.
7-14 days prior to departure - 25% of total purchase amount.
5-6 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
Within 3 days of departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.
Itinerary Variations
We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
Tour Cancellation:
We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, Taketours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.

We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.

If I book your trip, may I stay overnight at key west?(Sorry I dont understand you 1-day means from dawn to dusk, or has one night included) If so, then when will you pick us up from key west?

The tour is only for one day. The tour will depart at about 5:45PM and return back to the departure location at about 9:30PM to 10:00PM(depends on traffic).
