I booked this trip as a solo traveler, my first time in the USA, and it has been amazing! Communication was spot on. My first tour guide, Alex, called me the night before to confirm and gave me his contact details. He was super insightful and approachable when it came to taking photos— very helpful since I was traveling alone! Plus, free bottled water every day!
The itinerary itself was great, covering all the must-see attractions for first-timers. There was loads of free time at each stop, allowing me to soak in the views and truly enjoy my visit without feeling rushed. Just a suggestion: adding the cable car experience to the San Francisco stop would be excellent! Out of all the things we did in the city, we didn't get close to the cable cars.
I felt safe throughout the journey, and I loved how we always finished our days just at the right time. It gave us the chance to rest or explore the hotel and area at night if we wanted to. On the second leg, Harry was phenomenal. He explained every detail of the trip and stayed in touch even after drop-off, making sure all tourists felt comfortable and safe. I will definitely book through TakeTours again.

I loved this tour, I felt like it was perfect to see all the main spots of 17 Mile, San Francisco and Yosemite. You get a full day in San Francisco and saw all the main sites and a boat tour. I didn’t feel rushed especially compared to the other tours I’ve been on and was a great value for the price. Jimmy was an amazing tour guide and super friendly. Would definitely take another tour with him again if I had the chance.

Enjoyed and good experience on this 5 days tour. Particularly 3 days SF, Yosemite was excellent. Overall entire tour was good. Thanks to Mr. Jimmy, tour guide for his excellent execution of SF tour. The 10-day tour was very interesting, as it showed the most important highlights of the areas we visited in a compact and efficient way. The package actually included two multi-day tours with different guides and two day trips from Los Angeles, all of the guides very enthusiastic and accurate. We loved both the sightseeing and the national park visiting-parts of the tour, and we would also recommend participating in the helicopter flight above the Grand Canyon! Our improvement recommendation would be to inform the guests about the current and coming day's itinerary in advance, which would help us calculate how much food we should buy, for example.
