Discover the famed town of Pompeii, buried by the eruption of Vesuvius in 79 A.D. and preserved nearly intact for centuries. This full-day tour from Naples will show you fascinating archaeological findings, and you'll be amazed by the number of well-preserved villas, shops and public buildings that archaeologists have brought back to light. Your tour will also stop at a local manufacturer of cameos and corals, an ancient craft tradition of this area. After lunch you will visit Vesuvius, and discover the wonders of this place, declared "Biosphere Reserve" by UNESCO. Later on, we will return to Naples.

  • Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation notified by the client at least 2 business days before the departure, the total price will be refunded minus a service fee (reservation fee and online booking fee). For cancellations occurring less than 2 business days before the departure and for no shows: 100% of the fee will be due as penalty. The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
