New England is a beautiful region in the Northeast United States, full of colonial cities, landscapes of rolling hills and lush forests, and some of the world's best seafood. On your New England tours, make sure to visit Martha's Vineyard, Acadia National Park, Boston. Hike on White Mountain and lounge on the beaches in Cape Cod or Rhode Island to experience everything that New England tours have to offer.
Our tour was good. Our tour guide was Sammy and he was great. He would always explain the area we were in and the history and other cool information about the area. He also cracked a lot of jokes and was really great overall. The hotels were not 4 stars but 3 stars so they are misleading with those. Other than that we did have a good time. P.S. When you get the lobster dinner, make sure you ask for the lobster rolls instead of the whole lobster😂.
Our guide, Jay, was very informative, he explained about the places that we went and some fun facts, very helpful too. Your Operation Team, Jonathan, was very helpful, he went out of the way to make things work because our original tour was canceled in which we were not aware of, but he made arrangements for our hotel & found a tour that we can join the next day. Kudos to him.
We booked the 4Day Tour and the experience was transformational. Angie and our driver Jackie were both very professional in handling 59people. She was strict but very empathetic with all of us. Her winning style if handling 59passengers was very commendable and We appreciate her unwavering hospitality. We could not ask for a better tour guide. Our salute to Angie!
I am writing this review on behalf of my sister per her request. I booked this 7-Day USA East Coast Classic Tour from New York, with Airport Transfers for my sister and her husband. None of them speaks English. However, they enjoyed this tour, mostly because of their Tour Director, Mr. Lang. Per my sister, Mr. Lang is friendly, caring, patient, and knowledgeable. Mr. Lang took a good care of my sister and her husband during the 7-day tour.
I am writing this review on behalf of my sister per her request. I booked this 7-Day USA East Coast Classic Tour from New York with airport pick up and drop off for my sister and her husband. Both my sister and her husband do not speak English. They enjoyed this tour and they were particularly grateful for their Tour Director, Mr. Lang, who was friendly, caring, patient, and knowledgeable. The airport pick up and drop off were seamless. The hotels they stayed were clean and quiet. The itinerary was a bit rushed, but it was intended to show the guests more. The bus could be more comfortable. Their first day of touring mid- and lower Manhattan basically had no tour guide because the tour guide was double tasked as driver and could not leave the vehicle. The tour guid/drive provided cell phone number to call if anyone gets lost. It would be nice if the company/TakeTours disclosed this information, i.e., there would be no tour guide, so that the guest could be better prepared. The fee for that day should also be adjusted to reflect that there was no tour guide. Overall though, my sister and her husband had a great time on this tour, mostly attributable to their Tour Director, Mr. Lang. Many thanks to Mr. Lang!!!
We are family of three. Our guide Alan is expert and smart taking care of each customer. We enjoyed our 4 days tour very much even though we missed Harshey and Yale university tour.
This is our 5th time using Take Tours and our experience has been great each time. This time our NYC tour guide was Kevin and the remaining trips tour guide was Jason who was just wonderful with his breakdance moves, haha. A big kudos to the driver for driving us for such long distances everyday, safely and smoothly. We noticed that the hotels this time were a higher standard than our previous times, like four seasons and even Hilton. Except for the last day, our call time everyday was decent around 7:30-8am which was helpful. We stopped for bathroom breaks every 2hrs like clockwork and both Kevin and Jason showed us the remaining restrooms wherever available. We also stopped for food, our tour guides guided us when to buy which meal based on availability, not a lot of food/healthy food options but enough to last you till you reach the next stop for better food. I only wish the bus we rode in could be a bit better, the seats were exceptionally small, the luggage compartments were slanted which led to many falling of luggage’s, some of the AC vents didn’t work and also the charging ports were loose. Overall a great trip for the price asked, I only wish we could go to a few more places that were already mentioned in the itinerary, for example Quincy market in Boston where we could have had our lunch.
We are family of three. Our trip was 4 days trip. We enjoyed it very much. Our tour guide Alan is smart, friendly and able to manage and take care of all people onboard very well. Tour package is neat, compact and really enjoyable. But we missed Yale university tour in Connecticut as we were keen to visit there.
Ditching my usual DIY travel plans for this organized tour was a fantastic decision! I saw so much more than I would have on my own, without the usual planning headaches or budget surprises. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotels! Just be aware that the daily excursions aren't included in the tour price, so factor that into your budget.
Ricky’s tour was a game-changer for our trip. His passion for the places we visited was infectious, and he had a knack for storytelling that kept everyone captivated. What really set Ricky apart was his flexibility—he was always ready to adjust the itinerary to match our interests and pace. The tour felt personal, never rushed, and full of unexpected highlights. If you’re looking for a guide who’s more than just knowledgeable but also genuinely invested in making your experience special, Ricky is the one to choose.
