Niagara Falls is just a short flight from New York City, and this unique tour takes advantage of short flight that separates those in the city from the beauty of Niagara!

We can arrange the flight form New York JFK or LGA Airport. Upon landing at any of the Niagara airports (Niagara International, BUF, ROC), you will be met by a local guide who will take you on a day of exploration at Niagara Falls.

Customers would take the famous Maid of the Mist ride, which would be available between late April to early October. Guests would take the Hornblower cruise or Juourney behind the falls at the time when Maid of the Mist is closed.

Highlights of the day include a ride on the Maid of the Mist, lunch, views of the American, Bridal Veil and Horseshoe Falls, visits to the Niagara Parks and more! The tour will conclude at the New York.

    The "Journey Behind the Falls" is an attraction on the Canadian side of Horseshoe Falls which allows tourists to to guide themselves through the rock behind Niagara for an up-close look at the cascading water.

    Visit in winter when Maid of the Mist is closed.

  • Free Pick Up: Only available from Midtown Hotels located between 23rd Street and 74th Street to/from NYC airport. The Pick-up services will be available only at hotels and at the Radio City Apartment Hotel. At any other accommodation (e.g., apartment hotels, hostel, motel, and bed & breakfast), no pick-up service is available.
  • Meeting at the Airport: You can also choose arrive at the airport by yourself. Please have the print-out of the vouchers that are sent after the tour the confirmed. That should have your flight information. You should get the boarding pass on your own and proceed for check-in. The tour guide will meet you when you arrive at Niagara Falls Airport. We will choose the airport and airport info will be confirmed one month in advance. The Airport of preference is JFK. But the actual airport will be informed in the Confirmation Voucher.
  • Drop Off: Passengers will be dropped off at the same location they were picked up from.

  • Flight Tickets: between New York JFK, or LGA and Niagara International, BUF ( depending on tickets availability)
  • Admission: of Maid of the Mist (May through October) or Journey Behind the Falls (November through April).
  • A tour guide and/or a driver

Price Excludes

  • Country entry or departure fees, airport porter fees, visas, phones, valet, all items of a personal nature and beverages and food unless otherwise stated.
  • Service Fees: $5.00 per person per day to the Driver and Guide.

Additional Note

  • Visitors to Canada:: All participants are required to show their government-issued ID (i.e., passport) at the airline check-in counter. You must remind the participants to bring their valid IDs, particularly their passport AND I-94/ESTA, on the departure date.
    When traveling to Canada, at airports participants may be asked to provide other official travel documents, as well as their valid passport and I-94/ESTA (It is the passengers' responsibility to understand the immigration requirements and obtain necessary documents because the required travel documents vary depending on their nationality).
    A change of pick-up locations must be made by three days before the departure date; the tour operator will not accept any change request within the three days. In addition, to pick up the participants on time at the right place, you must provide the accurate information (i.e., name or address) about hotels at which the participants stay.
  • You must download and enter the"ArriveCAN" app on your smartphone or tablet device within 72 hours of entering Canada.
    For details, please refer to the https://travel.gc.ca/travel-covid/travel-restrictions/covid-vaccinated-travellers-entering-canada website of the Canadian government (To qualify as a fully vaccinated traveller, you must have received at least 14 calendar days prior to the day you travel)
  • In case of departing flight cancellation
    After arriving at the airport, if the departing flight is canceled and the tour has to be canceled We will refund the tour price, excluding the one-way hotel-airport transport fee ($60 per person). In addition, please note that the travel expenses for returning from the airport will be responsible by the customer.

  • In case of return flight cancellation
    • If the return flight is delayed or canceled due to weather, or if an alternative flight on the same day cannot be arranged, the flight may be postponed to the following day. The customer will be responsible for an accommodation fee.
    • If the return flight is delayed or canceled due to weather, we may ask you to return to New York by public transportation (Greyhound Bus, etc.), but please note that the tour guide will not be able to accompany you.

    In addition, after arriving in New York, the drop off place will be at Port Authority Bus Terminal. Those with an airport-hotel transport service, will be given $20 to return to their hotel by taxi.
  • Foreign language guide subject to availability.
  • Checked baggage for your flight is subject to fees depending on the airline.
  • Reservation must be the same name written on Passport. The name cannot be changed.

Confirmation

  • Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a receipt of booking by email. All tours can be will be confirmed within 1-2 business day.

Redemption

  • You will receive an confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order was received. Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your Confirmation Email (e-ticket). When you reserve your attractions and services you will be asked to print e-tickets to present when you arrive at your destination. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

Terms & Condition

  • Reservation must be the same name on Passport.All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within one business day.
  • Standard Cancellation and Refund policy (Notification day and departure day are not counted)
    Any changes on names would be counted as cancellation and cancellation policy applies.
  • Cancellation Penalties per person as following:
    31 days or more prior to departure date - 0% of total purchase amount
    8-30 days prior to departure date - 50% if total purchase amount
    within 7 days of departure date or no-show - 100% of total purchase amount
    The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
    Other cancellation charges may apply to bookings for group tours (ten or more pax). We recommend you to ask us at the time of booking.
  • Name changes may be subjected to a fee regardless of tour type.
  • Prices may vary subject to availability/season/weekend/holiday.
  • We reserve right to cancel a schedule to fully refund affected customers although we will make every effort to maintain the regular operation.
  • In the unlikely case of flights being canceled for any reason (eg: mechanical, weather) the tour operator reserves the right to substitute the return flight with return by bus if no alternate flights available. The tour operator assumes no liability or responsibility for airline and bus delays. In case of passengers required to overnight in Niagara Falls due to weather or cancellation of flights/bus, any additional costs incurred by passengers for hotel accommodations, meals and personal expenses will be the responsibility of the passengers. It should be noted that the tour operator will not be responsible for any loss or damage, inconvenience or additional expense caused by such unforeseen circumstances and no refund will be given in this case. In addition, the tour operator cannot calculate the travel time to a tour destination in such situations.
  • If the participants have purchased without the shuttle service option and decided to go back from a NYC airport to their hotel by public transportation on the returning date, they would not have the right to receive any of our substituted Tour Services (e.g., re-accommodation) and should have the responsibility for the additional arrangements and expenses regarding the use of public transportation, in the event of the unforeseen circumstances.
  • When the participants request or demand extra Tour Services that are not originally included or listed in our itinerary, the tour operator will assist you with necessary arrangements but will not be responsible for any additional expense. Therefore, the participants who request the extra Tour Services will be charged and must pay the additional expenses.
