Join us for a springtime adventure in Washington D.C. during the National Cherry Blossom Festival. Our first stop will be the Capitol Building, where we will enjoy lunch at your own expense. Afterward, we will follow a Congressional guide for an immersive tour of the Capitol Hill. Next, we will stroll along Presidential Avenue for a distant view of the White House. Finally, we'll we will dedicate all our time to the cherry blossoms around the Thomas Jefferson Memorial and Tidal Basin.

Additional Note

  • Travel documents: All customers will be responsible for providing their own travel documents and visa if required.
  • Language: All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour guides and/or drivers (English/Chinese). Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours and/or languages may be combined to operate the tours.
  • City Passes: No City Passes or any other kind of outside promotional offer may be used on this tour. Guests who buy tickets to attractions from elsewhere will not be provided with transportation.
  • Child Seat: Children aged under 8 yrs will have to have car seat to take our tours. Customers will need to prepare car seats themselves, tour operator is not responsible to provide car seats.
  • Minimum Traveler Requirement: Monday to Thursday Tours: This tour requires a minimum of 4 travelers to operate; Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Tours: This tour requires a minimum of 2 travelers to operate. If the minimum is not met, we will provide a full refund.

Confirmation

  • Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a receipt of booking by email. Within 36 hours of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email confirming the booking status. Tour requires a minimum number of passengers to operate so reconfirmation two days prior to the departure date is required. If you are planning to take flight to join the tour, please call us to confirm the tour before booking flight ticket.

Redemption

  • You will receive a confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order is received. Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, is included on the e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

Terms & Condition

  • BOOKING AND RESERVATION
    The tour operator suggests each passenger book tours at least one day before the departure date. Yet, this product is available for last-minute booking as long as there is an inventory on the page. The seats will not be assigned until the reservation has been made. The passenger may be required to provide a name, phone number, and address and specify the designated tour and date of travel.
  • SEAT ASSIGNMENT
    All seats are pre-assigned on a first come first serve basis after the reservation. For special needs, customers could add the first rows option before check-out. The additional price might be applied.
  • TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
    Each passenger must carry a valid travel document. (Valid visa for countries needed) (E.g. Green Card, Passport, Re-Entry Permit, and etc.) Tour operator is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
  • CANCELLATION OR CHANGE POLICY
    (1) All cancellations or changes of date must comply 72 hours before departure. The full refund will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. The refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.

    (2) Cancellation of free-fare passengers must be made at least 3 days before departure.

    (3) No-shows (or late cancellations) of free passengers incur a $288 penalty fee for the reserved bus seat.

  • BOARDING TIME AND PLACE
    All passengers must arrive 30 minutes before departure time. All passengers must show a photo ID and boarding pass or tickets for boarding; absolutely no boarding without tickets. Departure time and boarding location will be confirmed after the reservation is made.
  • TRAVEL INSURANCE
    The tour operator is not responsible for any loss of or damage to personal items, or personal injury that may occur on or during the tour. It is optional for passengers to buy travel insurance.
  • RESPONSIBILITY
    (1) Tour operator reserves the right to substitute hotels and alter the itinerary, withdraw any tour, and make any desirable alteration for the convenience of the operation of the tour.
    (2) The Tour operator reserves the right to alter the tour program and the itinerary order may be different than displayed online, the tour guide will arrange it accordingly depending on the traffic, hotel arrangement, attractions opening time, etc.
    (3) Tour operator reserves the right to cancel the tour prior to departure for any reason. By accepting our policy, the passenger must agree that the tour operator shall hold no responsibilities for itinerary alterations, delays or cancellation strikes, sickness, theft, loss, accidents, weather, bus issues, or any other causes.
    (4) Each group requires a minimum of 10 passengers to operate a departure. The tour operator reserves the right to cancel a departure due to not meeting this basic requirement. Liability for such cancellation is limited to a full refund of the money received by us, and this will constitute a full settlement with the Tour Department.
    (5) Tour operator reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any tour member for any reason before or during the tour.
    (6) All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
    (7) All itineraries are subject to change without notice.
    (8) All passengers must obtain a valid passport and all entry/exit visas as required by immigration regulations.
    (9) If the passenger has any special request to leave the tour in a certain place during the tour, it is their responsibility to notify the tour operator in advance to confirm upon booking the tour.
    (10) Passengers must be self-reliant; those who require assistance must be accompanied by a friend or relative. Tour operators are NOT able to provide individual assistance for any passenger.
    (11) Passengers should inform the escort or hotel reception if they are to use the hotel swimming pool. All children should be accompanied by their parents while using the pool. No lifeguard on premises swim at your own risk.
    (12) Passenger(s) are responsible for his or her belonging(s). Tour operators will no longer provide services to track or trace any personal item(s).
  • Hotel Arrangements and no refund: All hotel and tour schedules are arranged in advance. No refunds will be given to any customer failing to appear on the departure day.
