Today we will go to visit the Watkins Glen (if closed in winter, we'll visit Corning Glass Center instead). As we reach Niagara Falls, fulfilling the long-awaited visit to the Cave of the Winds wooden walkway (closed after October 20th). With nightfall, join us for a nighttime excursion to Goat Island, where amidst the misty colorful lights, lies a fairy-tale waterfall exclusive to the night. Finally, follow the evening breeze to ascend Luna Island.

In the morning, head to admire the Whirlpool Park landscape, overlooking the whirlpool and canyon to feel the awe-inspiring power of nature. Following downstream along the Niagara Gorge, the not-to-be-missed experience is the Niagara Hot Air Balloon Adventure at dawn. Next is a close encounter with the falls, the eagerly anticipated Maid of the Mist boat tour. After, we will arrive at Buffalo. This city bears both glory and desolation, being the start of the Erie Canal and the source of waterfall waters. Let us climb to the observation tower to experience the grandeur of the Great Lakes, and listen carefully to the rise and fall of this city. In the evening, we will return New York.

  • Mandatory service fees: Minimum $12.00 per day per person. It is for your tour guide and bus driver. This fee applies to all ages, including children and infants.
  • All meals and drinks during the trip are not included in tour price. The tour guide will make eating arrangements.

Additional Note

  • Hotel pricing: Prices are based on two adults sharing. Single room occupancy requires an extra fee. Double, triple & quad prices are for two, three, and four people, staying in one room, respectively (including children). Each hotel room can only accommodate a maximum of 4 guests (adults or children). Each guest room comes standard with two full-sized or one queen-sized bed.
  • Travel documents: All customers will be responsible for providing their own travel documents and visa if required.
  • Language: All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour guides and/or drivers (English/Chinese). Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours and/or languages may be combined to operate the tours.
  • Wheelchair: Due to different bus models, we may not be able to accommodate participants using wheelchairs. Therefore, we regret that we cannot accept wheelchair users to join our tour.
  • Pets: Pets will not be transported.

Confirmation

  • Immediately after submitting your reservation, you will receive a receipt of the booking by email. Within 36 hours of submitting your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email confirming the booking status. Tour requires a minimum number of passengers to operate so reconfirmation is required during low season (Oct to April).

Redemption

  • You will receive a confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order is received. Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, is included on the e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

Terms & Condition

  • BOOKING AND RESERVATION
    The tour operator suggests each passenger book tours at least one day before the departure date. Yet, this product is available for last-minute booking as long as there is an inventory on the page. The seats will not be assigned until the reservation has been made. The passenger may be required to provide a name, phone number, and address and specify the designated tour and date of travel.
  • SEAT ASSIGNMENT
    All seats are pre-assigned on a first come first serve basis after the reservation. For special needs, customers could add the first rows option before check-out. The additional price might be applied.
  • TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
    Each passenger must carry a valid travel document. (Valid visa for countries needed) (E.g. Green Card, Passport, Re-Entry Permit, and etc.) Tour operator is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
  • CANCELLATION OR CHANGE POLICY
    (1) All cancellations or changes of date must comply 72 hours before departure. The full refund will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. The refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.

    (2) Cancellation of free-fare passengers must be made at least 3 days before departure.

    (3) No-shows (or late cancellations) of free passengers incur a $50/day penalty fee for the reserved bus seat, for example, $50 * 3 = $150 penalty per no-show person will be charged for a 3-day tour.

  • BOARDING TIME AND PLACE
    All passengers must arrive 30 minutes before departure time. All passengers must show a photo ID and boarding pass or tickets for boarding; absolutely no boarding without tickets. Departure time and boarding location will be confirmed after the reservation is made.
  • TRAVEL INSURANCE
    The tour operator is not responsible for any loss of or damage to personal items, or personal injury that may occur on or during the tour. It is optional for passengers to buy travel insurance.
  • RESPONSIBILITY
    (1) Tour operator reserves the right to substitute hotels and alter the itinerary, withdraw any tour, and make any desirable alteration for the convenience of the operation of the tour.
    (2) The Tour operator reserves the right to alter the tour program and the itinerary order may be different than displayed online, the tour guide will arrange it accordingly depending on the traffic, hotel arrangement, attractions opening time, etc.
    (3) Tour operator reserves the right to cancel the tour prior to departure for any reason. By accepting our policy, the passenger must agree that the tour operator shall hold no responsibilities for itinerary alterations, delays or cancellation strikes, sickness, theft, loss, accidents, weather, bus issues, or any other causes.
    (4) Each group requires a minimum of 10 passengers to operate a departure. The tour operator reserves the right to cancel a departure due to not meeting this basic requirement. Liability for such cancellation is limited to a full refund of the money received by us, and this will constitute a full settlement with the Tour Department.
    (5) Tour operator reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any tour member for any reason before or during the tour.
    (6) All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
    (7) All itineraries are subject to change without notice.
    (8) All passengers must obtain a valid passport and all entry/exit visas as required by immigration regulations.
    (9) If the passenger has any special request to leave the tour in a certain place during the tour, it is their responsibility to notify the tour operator in advance to confirm upon booking the tour.
    (10) Passengers must be self-reliant; those who require assistance must be accompanied by a friend or relative. Tour operators are NOT able to provide individual assistance for any passenger.
    (11) Passengers should inform the escort or hotel reception if they are to use the hotel swimming pool. All children should be accompanied by their parents while using the pool. No lifeguard on premises swim at your own risk.
    (12) Passenger(s) are responsible for his or her belonging(s). Tour operators will no longer provide services to track or trace any personal item(s).
  • Hotel Arrangements and no refund: All hotel and tour schedules are arranged in advance. No refunds will be given to any customer failing to appear on the departure day.
