This was a great, well thought out itinerary. From morning to night we were on the go. Something great every day. The Luray Caverns were spectacular, and I havent been there in many years. The Smoky Mountains were beautiful, and the Titanic Museum was great, although it would have been great to be able to spend more time there as it is so unique. The Dolly Parton Stampede ran like clockwork and the show was good. Everything after that was also great too. On the other hand, our tour guide Kim was not that knowledgeable and was not anywhere near the level of guide we had on other tours. He was more of a travel companion. Also, regarding the tour, The Great Smoky Mountains In-Depth tour was not a tour at all, but instead simply transportation in a bus which overheated going to the top of one of the mountains. We all asked each other about where the in-depth tour was. Finally, each of us was charged $20 for Natural Bridge although when we were there the admission fee was clearly posted and it was $8. I also showed the web page from the Virginia Department of Parks to Kim at the beginning of the trip showing that the admission fee was $8, but he had nothing to say. Nevertheless, aside from these disappointments, the trip was worthwhile.
We took this 4 days bus tour to visit the Smoke mountains. Our tour guide Mr Sunny Shen and Driver Mr. Yaoo were very professional, flexible and Kind.
Somehow, on last day of out tour, i lost my wallet in bus which had almost $300 and all my Bank cards and other valuable things. i realize that after reaching home. As soon as i realize i lost the wallet, i called Mr Sunny. He searched inside the bus but didn't find that. later Mr Yaoo informed Mr sunny that they found that in bus when they were cleaning the bus.
They informed me right after that and i got that wallet from their office.
Mr Sunny & Mr Yaoo are good and honest guy. I really applicate their efforts and help.
Thank You for Everything!
Mr. KEN is a pretty energetic tour guid. He explains everything perfectly what's the plan and what people need to follow. He is very punctual to the time. He made the tour pretty comfortable for everyone. I would definitely recommend this tour to my friends and family.
The itinerary was okay, while the caves are definitely worth visiting, the museum and zoo visits can easily be skipped. Our tour guide Benjamin was very professional, knowledge, responsible and sincere. Two thumbs up for his service.
