It was awesome! Totally reliable! The hotel is well located, the tour guide is really nice! I arrived at 11 PM and the transport didn't take long to arrive to airport. They had a paper with my name, really easy to find! In the transportation he gave me everything I needed! The only problem was with the transportation to parks. They have delayed some times. One day the delay was about 30 minutes! In this time of Christmas this is really harmful to people who are going to popular parks as Magic Kingdom. I also think the schedule of buses sometimes doesn't help. Sometimes the first bus on schedule is after the Park has opened. The last bus to Epcot also is on the same time of the night show, so you will miss it if you take the bus. The last bus to Universal has a good time because the park closes at 7pm and the bus was 7:45. Really nice! The drivers were nice too. The last bus from Magic Kingdom is also nice because when the Park closes after 11 PM the last bus is at 12am. I think they could have done it to other parks too. I want to repeat the experience! Next time I will try the restaurants near the hotel!
