After pickup we will travel into the heart of the Superstition Mountain Range and along the Apache Trail. Our first stop will be the old gold mining ghost town of Goldfield. Here we will have 45 minutes. Soon after we will hit the Apache Trail and take in views of the Superstitions and the Sonoran Desert along the trail. We will soon reach Canyon Lake to experience a 90 minute sightseeing journey on an old fashioned stern wheeler steamboat across the lake. Next we will head to Tortilla Flat. It is a general store owned by the same family for generations and a good spot to enjoy local novelties and lunch as well. Then we will take you to the Lost Dutchman Museum to learn rich history of the surrounding area. Soon after we will head back to the hotel with an expected return around 5:00pm.
