Cancellation penalties per order (Notification day and departure day are not counted)
10% penalty fee will be charged for cancellations/reschedule made 41 days prior to the departure date.
25% penalty fee will be charged for cancellations/reschedule made 40-30 days prior to the departure date.
50% penalty fee will be charged for cancellations/reschedule made 29-16 days prior to the departure date.
100% penalty fee will be charged for cancellations/reschedule made within 15 days prior to the departure.
Day of departure or no show - 100% per order. Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
Note: We cannot grant any refunds more than 20 days after completion of tour.
Both the pre-paid (deposit) orders and full-paid orders will follow the cancellation policy.
