Day 1: Reykjavik - Singhville National Park - Hvolsvollur (228 km)

Standard Hotel: Reykjavík hotel or similar
Meal: Excluded
Depart from Reykjavik in the morning, we will head to the Golden Circle of Icelandic Classics, including the Singhville National Park, Geysir and Gullfoss. Stay overnight at Hvolsvollur or neaby.
  • Golden Circle, ICELAND

    Iceland's Golden Circle is the country's most popular tourist route, featuring several of the top geological formations in the country, such as the geysers of Strokkur and Geysir, as well as the Gullfoss waterfall.

    Geysir

    Considered the first geyser discovered by modern Europeans, the eruptions of Geysir can send boiling water up to 70 meters in the air. Only 50 meters away is Strokkur, another famous Icelandic geyser.

    Gullfoss

    This waterfall in southwest Iceland is one of the country's most popular tourist destinations. It is a multi-tiered waterfall, which all empties into a crevice 32 meters deep.

Day 2: Iceland (172 km)

After breakfast, we will proceed to enjoy the coastline of southern Iceland. We will firstly visit Iceland's two famous waterfalls Seri Yalan Waterfall and Skoga Falls, and then we will go to the Sol Maima Glacier for a walking. Then we will arrive at the Renis Black Beach to enjoy the basalt rock pillars. Afterwards we will come to the Jigu Salon Glacier Lake, where we can also see the Diamond Beach opposite the glacial lake. Before returning back to the hotel at night, we will see the mysterious and beautiful Northern Lights if the weather permits.
  • Skogar, ICELAND

    A small Icelandic village with a population of roughly 25 located at the south of the Eyjafjallajokull glacier. The area is known for its waterfall, Skogafoss. This town was highly affected by the eruption of the Eyjafjalla volcano in 2010.

  • Jokulsarlon, ICELAND

    Jokulsarlon, ICELAND
    A large glacial lake in southeast Iceland, on the edge of Vatnajokull National Park. Situated at the head of the Breioamerkurjokull glacier, it developed into a lake after the glacier started receding from the edge of the Atlantic Ocean.

Day 3: Vatnajokull National Park - Reykjavik (241 km)

After breakfast, we will take the super jeep to the entrance of the Blue Ice Cave at the Vatna Glacier. The experienced local guide will lead you into the Crystal Palace-like Blue Ice Cave. After that, we will enjoy the scenery along the coast and return to Reykjavik.
  • Vatnajokull National Park, ICELAND

    It is the largest national park in Europe, covering a total area of 12,850 km2 or almost 13% of Iceland, also has been nominated for inclusion on the Unesco World Heritage list.

    Blue Ice Cave

    It is the central feature of the Vatnajökull National park, found in the south west of Iceland, known for its incredibly turquoise blue colors.

  • Please note some homestays in Iceland are out of the pick up area. If your place of stay is not within the pick-up area, we will arrange the nearest pick-up point.

  • Please note each person can only take one carry-on suitcase not exceeding 56x45x25cm / 22x18x10in (extra charge for large luggage).
  • Due to the location of Iceland, your experienced tour guide will adjust the itinerary according to the actual weather conditions. In extreme weather, some attractions may be cancelled for ensuring the safety of guests and the smooth progress of the itinerary.

  • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book the airline tickets until you received the confirmation.

Redemption

  • Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your e-ticket. You must print and bring e-ticket(s) on your trip, as they serve as proof of purchase.

  • Booking changes
    A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply. Please be noted that we do not allow departure change 48 hours before departure.
  • Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
    Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to TakeTours by email or through web mail at Contact Us .
  • Please read the Cancellation and Refund Policy prior to booking your ticket.
    Cancellation made more than 7 days before departure - 15% of total purchase amount.
    7 days or Less than 7 days before departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
    Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
    Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
    The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
  • Itinerary Variations
    We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
  • Tour Cancellation:
    We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, TakeTours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers. We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
  • Prices may vary and are subject to availability by season, weekend, and/or holiday.
  • We reserve the right to modify the tour arrangements for smooth operation of the tour.
