Enjoyed and good experience on this 5 days tour. Particularly 3 days SF, Yosemite was excellent. Overall entire tour was good. Thanks to Mr. Jimmy, tour guide for his excellent execution of SF tour. He has taken good care of all the tourists. We recommend him in future tours. Thanks to Take Tours for providing comfortable accommodations and tour itinerary. Best wishes

I must admit that this one of the best online tours services I had experienced so far. Everything went well and just by email/ app services. The customer service is very quick to respond to queries. Any last minute changes accommodated and in fact where refund was possible was given. This sort of services seldom other tour operators provide. The vehicle and drivers were very good and helpful. Everything as per your programme and time went through. Very important is that the pricing for the tour had been very competitive with our sacrificing the quality. Fully recommend for travellers ..

Amazing experience. I had my doubts going in because of some *very old* reviews on the internet that are still there, but our experience has been stellar. Much of it was thanks to our guide Zoe (JingJing). From the beginning till the very end, she was nothing but helpful, attentive, and considerate. Many times, she went out of her way to accommodate us, including offering her own room when the hotel assigned us a room that hadn't had housekeeping done yet.
The drive was safe too. She was considerate to smaller things too, such as the time difference concept that is new to foreign travelers, and switching between English and Mandarin as needed. She also gave us clear instructions about departure times.
The itinerary itself is also very well made. I think it is very cost effective considering the competing prices of other tours.
There were two 5-star stays, which is not the case in most other tours.
Some other reviews seem to suggest that there are "hidden charges." I don't think anything was hidden; all additional charges are very well laid out in the itinerary or trip details on this website.
Many items are optional, and they truly are optional to attend or not (we never felt pressured). Having said that, it is true that if someone chooses not to do an optional activity, some advance planning is needed on part of the travelers about what to do while other members are doing that activity.
I would continue using this for the politeness and considerateness of the tour coordinators, and for the cost effectiveness.

The 10-day tour was very interesting, as it showed the most important highlights of the areas we visited in a compact and efficient way. The package actually included two multi-day tours with different guides and two day trips from Los Angeles, all of the guides very enthusiastic and accurate. We loved both the sightseeing and the national park visiting-parts of the tour, and we would also recommend participating in the helicopter flight above the Grand Canyon! Our improvement recommendation would be to inform the guests about the current and coming day's itinerary in advance, which would help us calculate how much food we should buy, for example.
