For passengers who are fully vaccinated with non-inactivated vaccines (most U.S. vaccine), and who are unvaccinated or partially vaccinated, a combo test including nucleic acid rt-PCR, an S protein IgM antibody, and an N protein IgM antibody will be scheduled.

For passengers who are fully vaccinated with inactivated vaccines (most Chinese vaccine), a double nucleic acid rt-PCR tests performed in separated pre-authorized facilities will be scheduled.

Confirmation

All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book airline tickets until you receive the confirmation.

Redemption

You will receive a confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order is processed. Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, is included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our transportation and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to Taketours by email or through web mail at Contact Take tours for details.
Cancellation penalties per person (request day and departure day are not counted)
7 days or more prior to departure - no penalty.
Within 7 days prior to departure or no show - 100% of total purchase amount.
Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of the tour.
