Pick up and drop off were well coordinated. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and super friendly. Enjoyed the half a day tour to Muir woods and Sausalito
We toured Muir Woods and Sausalito with tour guide Jim. The sites were great and pick up at our hotel was prompt and an awesome service; however, one of the participants did not show on time and we lost a half an hour waiting for them to catch up to the tour. Jim's driving was very good and his stories were engaging. We booked a second tour based on our good experience
Our shuttle bus was 15 minutes late. However, after that, the tour was great! Our guide, Robin, was super friendly and knowledgeable. We had two hours to explore Muir Woods, which was more than we expected (and much longer than we saw any other tour company advertise).
Wonderful trip. Our driver, Constantine, was very friendly and incredibly informative about the city and our tour destination, Muir Woods. Well worth the money!
