In the everning, we will be picked up from the hotel in Sharm el Sheikh and then drive for 2.5 hours to Saint Catherine city. We will climb the mountain between 1:30am and 2:30am to reach the holy peak. It takes between two and three hours on foot or by camel. Then we will wait on the holy peak till sunrise and watch an unforgettable sunrise. In the morning we will come down to visit the Monastery of Saint Catherine where we can see the burning bush, the church of transfiguration, Moses well, museum and the Icon gallery. After that, we will have a breakfast in a hotel near the Monastery of Saint Catherine. Then we will drive back to Sharm el Sheikh around 2:00pm in the afternoon.

Monastery of Saint Catherine is located at the mouth of a gorge at the foot of Mount Sinai, near the town of Saint Catherine, Egypt. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site built between 548 and 565, one of the oldest working Christian monasteries in the world.
Opening Hours: 9:00am - 12:00pm, Daily except Friday and Sunday.
Pick up time: around 8:00pm. Return time: 1:30pm the second day.
