Day 1: St. Petersburg

As guests arrive to St. Petersburg, they will be able to transfer to the hotel. Once everyone is present, there will be a welcome meeting.

Day 2: St. Petersburg (52 km)

In the morning, we will go sightseeing to enjoy the splendors of the city. We will visit Peter-Paul Fortress, the Winter Palace, St. Isaac's Cathedral, the Church of the Bleeding Savior, Nevsky Convent and more. In the afternoon, we can take an optional excursion to Zarskoye Selo to see Catherine's Palace and the Amber Room. In the evening, we can also visit Nikolaevsky Palace to see an exciting folklore show.

    Winter Palace

    This palace in St. Petersburg served as the residence of the Russian monarchs from 1732 to 1917. Its large scale was intended to reflect the vast scope of the Russian Empire at the time of construction.

    Saint Isaac's Cathedral

    Saint Isaac's Cathedral or Isaakievskiy Sobor is the largest orthodox basilica and the fourth largest (by the volume under the cupola) cathedral in the world.

    Church of the Savior on Blood

    This famous Russian orthodox church in St. Petersburg was constructed on the same site as the fatal wounding of Alexander II. It is topped by the iconic "onion domes" that are representative of Russian orthodox church architecture.

    Nevsky Monastery

    This lovely, picturesque monastery was built in 1710 and consecrated three years later in the presence of Peter the Great. By the 20th century, the complex housed 16 churches!

    This magnificent Rococo palace to the south of St. Petersburg was once the summer home of the Russian Imperial family. Catherine the Great commissioned the palace in 1717, desiring a summer getaway local for herself.

Day 4: St. Petersburg - Moscow (633 km)

In the early morning, we will take a cruise on the St. Petersburg Channel. Around noon, we will board a high-speed train that will take us through scenery of the vast Russian countryside as we travel to Moscow. When we arrive in the late afternoon, we will check into our hotel.

Day 5: Moscow

Moscow is the largest Russian city, full of beautiful architecture like its domed cathedrals. The dramatic changes that have taken place over the last decade have made the city even more dynamic. In the morning, we will go on a sightseeing tour of the city to see the Red Square, St. Basil's Cathedral, Theatre Square, Bolshoi Theatre, the Sparrow Hills, Moscow University, the Kremlin and one of the cathedrals. In the afternoon, we can take an optional tour of the Moscow Metro, visiting some of the most historic stations in the city. We will also walk along pedestrian-friendly Arbat Street. In the evening, we will be able to take an optional night tour of the city, which includes an unforgettable river cruise.

    Theatre Square

    This city square in central Moscow has a long history dating back to the aftermath of the 1812 Moscow fire. Originally designed in the Neoclassical style, the buildings were later destroyed and replaced with more eclectic styles.

    Bolshoi Theatre

    Located in Moscow's Theatre Square, this historical theatre has hosted ballet and opera since its inception in 1825. In recent years, the building has undergone extensive renovations and remodels.

    Sparrow Hills

    These hills on the banks of the Moskva River are one of the highest points in Moscow. On the hills, visitors can climb to the top of the observation platform to get an amazing view of the city.

    Moscow University

    Founded in 1755, this university is one of Russia's most respected and reputable institutions of higher learning. It serves a community of roughly 47,000 students across a wide range of disciplines.

    Kremlin

    This incredibly famous fortress at the heart of the Russian capital has become a synonym for the entire country. It is analogous to the White House, serving as the official residence of Vladimir Putin. It is a World Heritage Site.

    Arbat Street

    This famous pedestrian street in Moscow dates back to the 15th century, once part of local trade routes. This makes it one of the city's oldest streets.
