  • We took 6 days tour, first 4 days were east canada & last 2 days niagara & Toronto. First 4 days were brilliant, guide Daniel Chen was excellent with good command on all 3 languages dealing it equitably with good engagement. He was very knowledgeable about Canada & attractions. Last 2 days guide Hank could benefit with more training on English language & treating all guests equitably. He was saying lot of things only in Chinese & repeatedly prompted about out presence. He doesn’t seem to be knowledgeable about Toronto Niagara falls was well planned but Toronto tour was just killing time. It could benefit with A. Startting early like 7am B. Buying tickets of attractions before hand to avoid waste of time. C. Reducing lunch time D. Addition of St Lawrence, Kensington mkt & Eaton centre. 20-30min stops should be there. E. Tour should finish at 7 pm instead of 5pm.
