The Outlet Collection in Niagara-on-the-Lake is Canada's largest open-air shopping center, covering over 520,000 square feet. This refreshing new outlet concept features more than 100 irresistible outlet brands including the Tommy Hilfiger Outlet, the J Crew Factory Store, the Nike Factory Store, Coach, Fossil, and much more, all with unbeatable outlet prices. At the south end of the property, guests will find a food court called the Eatery. We will return to Toronto, where the tour will come to an end. All meals and drinks during the trip, although eating arrangements will be made by your tour guide

Policies

Confirmation

Upon submitting your reservation, you will immediately receive a booking receipt via email. Within 2 to 3 business days, you will receive a confirmation email with the booking status.
Please wait for this confirmation before booking any airline tickets.

Redemption

You will receive a confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order is confirmed, which will include operator information, including local phone numbers at your destination. Please ensure you have the e-tickets with you as proof of purchase.

Terms & Condition

All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please wait for confirmation before booking your airline tickets.
Cancellation and Refund policy: (Notification day and departure day are not counted)
- Cancellations received 14 or more days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
- Cancellations received within 14 days of departure will incur a penalty of 100% per person.
- Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
*The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
Tour Operation Policy:

- We reserve the right to cancel a scheduled trip and fully refund affected customers, though we will make every effort to maintain regular operations.
