Pricing Policy

  • During the peak season (12/15-1/15;7/3-7/13), the price may fluctuate depends on the availability of the hotel. If extra cost occur, we will send the payment link of the extra cost $200 - $400 per night separately.

Board the Rocky Mountaineer train at the Vancouver Station at 7:30am PT. by yourself (Please arrive at the train station at least 1 hour in advance to check in). Travel from the coastal city of Vancouver to Kamloops, in the heart of British Columbia's interior. On today's journey you will see dramatic changes in scenery, from the lush green fields of the Fraser Valley, through forests and winding river canyons surrounded by the peaks of the Coast and Cascade Mountains, to the desert-like environment of the BC Interior. Highlights include the rushing waters of Hell's Gate in the Fraser Canyon and the steep slopes and rock sheds along the Thompson River.
Your day concludes as the Rocky Mountaineer travels along the shores of Kamloops Lake into Kamloops between 6:00pm and 7:30pm PT. Spend the evening exploring the city of Kamloops or relaxing in your hotel room.

Board the Rocky Mountaineer train at the Kamloops Station at 6:25am PT, your journey continues eastwards to the mighty Canadian Rockies and the province of Alberta. Once again you will see a spectacular array of scenery as you travel across ranchlands, along rocky lakeshores, over high mountain passes and through the remarkable tunnels that form part of the rich rail history of the Canadian Rockies. Today's highlights include Craigellachie, where the last spike of the Canadian Pacific Railway was driven, the climb over Rogers Pass, Kicking Horse Canyon, the Spiral Tunnels and, of course, the glaciers and snow-capped peaks of the Canadian Rockies. Your rail journey ends this evening upon arrival in Banff, between 7:00pm and 8:30pm MT.

Today we will drive along the No.1 Highway and head to the Lake Louise. We can get a far view of the Castle Mountain on the half way. Then we will continue to Moraine Lake, see Ten Peaks Valleyl. After Lunch at Lake Louis, we'll pass by Spiral Tunnel and head to Yoho. Next stop is Emerald Lake. Stop at the Natural Bridge along the way and admire the Kicking Horse River as it carves a path through ancient rock. You can hear the roar of the disappearing water churning and ejecting beneath the bridge to further reinforce the move in making this a legitimate waterfall.

We will pass by Crowfoot Mt., stop at Bow Lake where we can see the Num-Ti-Ja hotel. Then we will travel through the scenic road No 93 Icefields Parkway, enjoy meal in Icefield central buffet, view glacier on viewpoint. Next we will visit Jasper National Park, experience Snowcoach on Athabasca Glacier. We will also visit Peyto Lake before turn to Banff and Calgary.

    Along the way, stop at [Peyto Lake] for its beautiful shape like a Maple (If the attraction is under maintenance or other force majeure, we will go to Waterflow Lake as an alternative attraction)

    Peyto Lake would be replaced by Waterfowl Lake if not available to visit and also during the maintenance period from August 19 to winter.

    Crowfoot Glacier (Passing By)

    Crowfoot Glacier is located in Banff National Park, Alberta, Canada, 32 km (20 mi) northwest of Lake Louise, and can be viewed from the Icefields Parkway. The glacier is situated on the northeastern flank of Crowfoot Mountain.

    The Athabasca Glacier is the most-visited glacier in North America. It is one of the eight major glaciers of the Columbia Icefield. The Icefield Interpretive Centre is next to the glacier, and is where visitors can arrange tours.

    Icefields Parkway (Passing By)

    A 230 km long scenic road that parallels the Continental Divide, traversing the rugged landscape of the Canadian Rockies, travelling through Banff National Park and Jasper National Park. It is named for features such as the Columbia Icefield, visible from the parkway. It links Lake Louise with Jasper to the north. At its southern end, the Icefields Parkway terminates at Highway 1.

Confirmation

  • After the reservation information is submitted, you will immediately receive a receipt email for the reservation order. Within 72 hours of submission, you will receive an order status confirmation email. Please do not book a flight until you receive an order status confirmation email.

Redemption

  • After booking online, you will receive a "confirmation email" with complete instructions, including the local phone number of the destination. When you are sure, be sure to print this "confirmation email" and take it with you on your trip -- evidence that you have paid for it.

Terms & Condition

  • The following applies to order cancellations and changes:
    - reduce the number of participants for the same order
    - cancel the entire order
    - change of itinerary
    - change different dates for the same trip
    1. No refund will be made for any change or cancellation of the entire order or one or all of the activities, meals, tickets and accommodation within 45 days prior to the departure of the tour;
    2. 46 days or more before the tour - 30% will be refunded
    3. Booking with hotel upgrade between Christmas and New Year holidays (December 16th - January 2nd), no refunds or changes will be made once confirmed
    4. The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
  • The following applies to order modification
    - increase the number of participants in the trip (depending on the resource situation of the corresponding date of the trip)
    - change the name of the person participating in the trip
    1. No modification shall be made within 45 days before the tour
    2. A service fee of C$50/ single/trip will be charged for 46 days or more before the trip
  • If your itinerary includes shuttle service, please be sure to provide accurate flight information and arrive at the designated pick-up location in advance. The travel agency reserves the right to provide the second service or to charge $30 per person if there is an error in pick-up due to inaccurate information.
  • Visitors under the age of 16 should be accompanied by an adult (aged 18 or above).
  • Please understand that complimentary items unavailable due to traffic, weather or other force majeure factors, or you cannot participate due to personal reasons, the fees will not be refunded.
  • We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance.
  • If you have special needs (such as bed, vegetarian, baby chair, etc.), please inform us at least 7 days before the trip, we will try to coordinate, but no guarantee.
  • If you need to leave the tour, please sign the confirmation of leaving the tour.
