  • Single price is for one person staying in one room. Double, Triple and Quadruple prices are for two people, three people and four people staying in one room respectively.

In the morning, we will depart from Vancouver. Along the Fize Valley Highway, we will visit Merritt Town on the way. Then we will stop by the VQA Wine Shop and try Canadian ice wine. We will then contiue on to Vernon, BC to spend time at the Kalamalka Lake before making our way to Revelstoke for the night.

Today, we will visit Glacier National Park, then pass by Yoho National Park and into Banff National Park. You can take the Gondola at your own expenses to the top of mountains overlooking Lake Victoria and Lake Louise. Afterwards we wil come to visit the Lake Louise and Moraine Lake. Then we will arrive in Alberta to visit Banff, where we will visit the Bow Falls. We will spend the night in Banff.

Today, we will pass by Bow Lake and proceed to the Columbia Icefield in Jasper National Park, where we will ride on the specially designed Snowcoach onto the surface of the stunning Athabasca Glacier, followed by a walk on the Glacier Skywalk, a glass-floored observation platform 918 feet above spectacular glacier-formed valleys and rushing waterfalls. Continue to visit the Peyto Lake and Natural Bridge. Afterward, We will spend the night in Revelstoke.

Day 6: Vancouver

Guests will be be transferred to the airport from their hotel. Please see "Department and Return" for more detailed information regarding pickup and drop-off times and locations.
  • Airport Pickup: Free transfer from the Vancouver airport (YVR) is available from 9:00am to 9:00pm. Your tour escort will be holding a sign with your name. Domestic arrivals should meet at the number 3 luggage carousel, and international arrivals in the arrival lobby (Aboriginal sculpture).
  • Paid Airport (YVR) Pickup: 8:00am to 10:00pm, no need to wait other guests. First two persons charged $117 in total; every one more person charged additional $12 per person.
  • Pier Pickup Vancouver In Guests Only: $16 one way per person, wait in front of Pan Pacific Hotel at 09:00. (Only available for Vancouver arrival.)
  • Airport Dropoff: Take the hotel shuttle and dropped off at the Vancouver airport free of charge.

Additional Note

  • Passport Required: Some nationalities may need multiple entry visas to the USA as well as a Canadian visa. United States alien residents require a valid alien resident card. Passengers are responsible for their own entry requirements.
  • Language: All tours are escorted by professional bilingual or multi-lingual tour and/or driver guides (English/Chinese). Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours and/or languages may be combined to operate the tours.
  • Luggage: Each passenger could only carry one check-in luggage. Additional luggage fee is $35/extra piece.
  • This tour requires minimum 20 passengers. If less than 20 persons, the tour might be canceled.

Confirmation

  • Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a receipt of booking by email. Within 72 hours of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email confirming the booking status. Please do not book any airline tickets until you receive the status of your booking.

Redemption

  • You will receive an confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order is received. Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your confirmation email. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

Terms & Condition

    The purchase of any travel services represents your acceptance Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking.
  • Booking changes
    A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.
  • Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
    Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to Taketours by email or through web mail at Contact Us.
  • Cancellation penalties per person as follows:(Notification day and departure day are not counted)
    31 days or more before departure - $50/per person penalty will be charged.
    21 - 30 days before departure - 50% of total purchase amount
    8 - 20 days before of departure - 75% of total purchase amount
    0 - 7 days before of departure - 100% of total purchase amount
    Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
    The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
  • Itinerary Variations
    We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
  • Tour Cancellation:
    We reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure of the tour, Taketours only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.
    We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.

  • Day 1 was just sight seeing in Vancouver and return to the hotel in the afternoon Day 6 is not really anything you get dropped at your hotel at the end of day 5 and have to make arrangements to get to airport yourself so really this is a 5 day tour Having said that it was a good tour and all the sights were nice I was the only Caucasian so Daniel (tour guide ) spoke 95% of the time in Chinese
