Today we will depart from Vancouver to Whistler, BC. Here, guests can ride the Peak 2 Peak Gondola or do some shopping in the newly-renovated Whistler Village. Our coach will transfer us back to Vancouver in the evening.

Option C: Victoria City Tour
Today we will depart for Vancouver Island by ferry. We will stop at the Butchart Gardens, Empress Hotel, Chinatown, the Fan Tan Alley, and the Victoria Harbour.

  • Paid Airport (YVR) Pickup: 8:00am to 10:00pm, no need to wait other guests. First two persons charged $117 in total; every one more person charged additional $12 per person.
  • Pier Pickup Vancouver In Guests Only: $16 one way per person, wait in front of Pan Pacific Hotel at 09:00. (Only available for Vancouver arrival.)

Redemption

  • You will receive an confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order is received. Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your confirmation email. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

  • Booking changes
    A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.
  • Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
    Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to Taketours by email or through web mail at Contact Us.

    31 days or more before departure - $50/per person penalty will be charged.
    21 - 30 days before departure - 50% of total purchase amount

  • Itinerary Variations
    We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
  • Tour Cancellation:

If cancellation is made any time prior to departure of the tour, Taketours only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.

Answer
Thanks for your inquiry. The itinerary page of the tour will have information about the usual hotel booked for each tour, and also the hotel level. But they are just for reference. After the booking you submit is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation voucher with hotel information listed.
