Travel to White House

Visitors to the White House cannot actually go inside it for security reasons, but people still flock to the curbside of one of the world's most famous buildings. Constructed in 1792-- more than two centuries ago-- the White House has been the home of the President of the United States of America for generations. It is built in the Greco-Roman neoclassical style, complete with an array of columns and the striking white facade from which it draws its name.
