Travel to Spahats Creek Falls
When its two tiers are combined, this waterfall is nearly 250 feet high. Its narrow stream falls from a mountain crevice into the pine forest below, and it is one of the most popular tourist spots in the whole park. The word "spahats" is the Native American term for "bear," and was adopted as the official name because there were so many "Bear Creek"s already in Canada. The falls originally had their own eponymous park before becoming park of Wells.
