We were a group of seven and booked the tour last minute. Although it was a 3 day tour, a lot of places were covered within this short period. Our tour guide Joyce was very helpful and informative. Ours was a big group of over 50 people and she handled everything well. I believe the trip could've been better if they had left a few spots for the 3rd day instead of covering a lot of them on the 1st day. Extending the stop time to at least 45 minutes/spot instead of 30 minutes would be better as well. We stayed at the Sandman hotel on the 1st night and the hotel was nice. But the second day's accommodation was arranged at the universal hotel which was old and run down. The 2nd day accommodation could've been better. We opted for all the meals that the company had arranged and we enjoyed them a lot. Overall it was a nice trip. Looking forward to many more in future.
What made this trip perfect was the tour guide Leo! He was so attentive so friendly and knowledgeable. The food is mostly Chinese , breakfast is not included, there was also not much time in the mornings to have breakfast at the hotel so maybe it was better that breakfast would be arranged by yourself. All the hotels were very nice with spacious room. The bus drive was very good. Everything was on time and very well organized. The total price was reasonable. There was WIFI on the bus. Thanks so much! Travel date: 25/08/2023 for 5 days and 4 nights.
Very nice trip! A lot of interesting places to visit in such a short time, but definitively our tour guide Weaver was exceptional in making tu e most out of it. He was very knowledgeable and shared very good details. Hotels were good and food places were very good and affordable! The bus could improve but it wasn’t bad either.
We took 6 days tour, first 4 days were east canada & last 2 days niagara & Toronto. First 4 days were brilliant, guide Daniel Chen was excellent with good command on all 3 languages dealing it equitably with good engagement. He was very knowledgeable about Canada & attractions. Last 2 days guide Hank could benefit with more training on English language & treating all guests equitably. He was saying lot of things only in Chinese & repeatedly prompted about out presence. He doesn’t seem to be knowledgeable about Toronto Niagara falls was well planned but Toronto tour was just killing time. It could benefit with A. Startting early like 7am B. Buying tickets of attractions before hand to avoid waste of time. C. Reducing lunch time D. Addition of St Lawrence, Kensington mkt & Eaton centre. 20-30min stops should be there. E. Tour should finish at 7 pm instead of 5pm.
Guide Richard was very helpful and knowledgeable. Fortunately got English speaking group and mixed travellers from various countries. There are addon costs like attractions and food. Arrangements are well done. Attractions were mandatory to chose but food was optional except at one place. Also add on cost for driver and guide tip is quite high 16 per day per person. Total cost is more than double of what one books. Overall excellent experience. Will recommend others.
It was my first time traveling to Quebec Ciry and I had such a wonderful time and experience. Yu was our tour guide for the day. He was awesome, funny , very knowledgeable, and well organized. It was well worth it and looking forward to travels again soon . Hopefully with Yu. Thankyou!
It was immediately clear to me that the ticket price of 49 CAD would not cover all the costs. The bus was comfortable and the guide (Eric) very nice. I paid an additional 77 CAD cash for the cable cart to the waterfalls and for the cruise. I found it worthwile. Some people decided not to pay for that cable cart or not to participate in the cruise and that was fine as well. So these extras were "highly recommended" but no-one's arm was twisted. A great trip with enough free time to see the waterfalls and visit the city. I also quite enjoyed the cruise.
We took this tour in April 2023. I enjoyed every moment of it and for me it is a very magical, wonderful and memorable two-day trip. The variety of programs was very good and although it was tight, but because they gave us regular and good stops on the way, I had a good sense of comfort. The hotel was great and very comfortable. Although it was two days, the variety and quality of all the programs gives me the feeling of the pleasure of a week. Luke, the person how was our guide tour, was very kind and careful and a very good planner, and he always had a nice smile, and everyone was very comfortable and close with him, and I thank him. This tour was much better and more beautiful than what I had imagined. Also, lunch both days was a surprise for me and very, very great. I went on a trip to Niagara Falls with my family four years ago, but the trip with this tour was really different and great, and I really recommend it and I think I will go again. I would also like to thank the kind and cheerful driver of this tour.
Very good tour May and the local tour guide to Quebec City! Very fun and informative tours, beautiful city architecture and solid food. The bus itself was comfortable enough for the 2+ hour ride and I would consider taking this tour again. Five stars
We took this tour from Montreal to Niagara Falls on September 2022. Everything about the tour was great. The tour leader was a guy named Luke. He was really friendly and at the same time disciplined. In some stops, such as the Niagara on the lake city, we didn't have much time to stay and enjoy the city, and that's obviously due to the nature of tour trips. The Ripely aquarium was also awesome! I really plan to visit again next time I'll be in Toronto. Overall, I highly recommend the tour to those who are looking for a trip for their weekend.
