Today we will gather in Vancouver. Our guide will meet you at the airport for transfer to the hotel.

Option 2: Seattle - Vancouver
Today we will gather in Seattle. After pickup from the airport, we will take an excursion of the city that includes a brief stop at Space Needle. At the end of the day, we will transfer to the hotel in Vancouver, BC.

In the morning we will take the ferry to Victoria, BC. Our day will be spent touring this city. Stops on our tour include the Butchart Gardens, Beacon Hill Park, and BC Parliament Buildings. At the end of the day we will take the ferry back to Vancouver.

Today we will start the journey along the Sea to Sky Highway, pass by Horseshoe Bay, Stawamus Chief to the Whistler Ski Resort. After a ride of the Whistler Mountain Gondola and Peak2Peak, relax and shop at the mountain or in the village. We will return to Vancouver in the late afternoon.

Day 4: Vancouver to Hometown / Vancouver - Seattle (142 miles)

Guests will be able to spend today free at their own leisure by shopping or dining. Then, they will be transferred to the airport in Vancouver for their departure flights. Please see "Departure and Return" for more detailed information regarding when to schedule departure flights.

For travelers who choose to back to Seattle:
In the morning, we will leave Vancouver for Seattle, arriving at either the aquarium or airport. Guests should schedule their departures for after 3:00pm. Please see "Departure and Return" for more detailed information regarding when to schedule departures.

  • Departure:
    • Seattle in: Please meet tour guide at the CLAIM BELT #1 at 12:00pm (On Sat, it'll delay 30mins on 12:30pm) at SeaTac airport or meet the tour guide at Pier 91 or 66 at 1:15pm (or request a pick up time) / Main Entrance of the Pier 55 Starbucks at 1:45pm (or request a pick up time).
    • Vancouver Airport in:
      • Domestic arrivals please wait at the CLAIM BELT #3 in domestic arrival hall.
      • International arrivals, your tour escort will wait at "Welcome Figures" wooden statue in Arrival Hall. Free airport pickup service available between 8:00am-9:30pm (Type A, Type B Hotel); if you upgrade your hotel to downtown area, the free pick up service is available between 8:00am-8:00pm (Type C, Type D Hotel located in downtown Vancouver).
    • Vancouver Pier in: Pick up at Pan Pacific Hotel Entrance (surcharge applies).
  • Return:
    • Seattle out: Please arrange your return flight leave Seattle Seatac Airport after 3:00pm.
    • Vancouver out: Free airport drop off service available between 8:00am-9:30pm (Type A, Type B Hotel); if you upgrade your hotel to downtown area, the free drop off service is available between 8:00am-8:00pm (Type C, Type D Hotel located in downtown Vancouver). If you need the Vancouver pier drop off service, we suggest you contact us in advance.
  • Note:
    • Flight information need to provided at least 3 days in advance if not unable to arrange pick up and they will consider self check in to hotel.

Price Includes

  • Admission to Mini ferry ride to Granville Island and Whistler option (Whistler Gondola and Peak2Peak Gondola)/Victoria option (Butchart Gardens and BC Ferries).
  • FREE snowshoes rentals (Winter only: Oct 13 - Apr 10): worths $160 (Applicable to Whistler, $50 p.p. damage deposit will be collected by tour guide for free snowshoes rental, will refund when snowshoes are returned in same condition.)
  • Exclusive Bonus mini ferry ride to Granville Island during the Complimentary Vancouver city tour. (conditions apply).
  • Accommodation for 3 nights, including taxes and porterage.
  • Complimentary roundtrip airport transfer from Vancouver Airport between 8:00am-9:30pm (if you upgrade your hotel to Type C or D which located in downtown area, the free service is available between 8:00am-8:00pm, if arriving beyond this time range, please proceed to the hotel at your own expense)
  • All domestic ground transportation via air-conditioned vehicle.
  • Tri-lingual tour guide (Cantonese / Mandarin / English) for the entire tour

  • Seattle Transportation fee (will be added when checking out).

  • All meals and drinks during the trip, although eating arrangements will be made by your tour guide
  • Service fees for your tour guide and bus driver (suggested $10/person/day; half day tour on day 1: $5/person; Vancouver airport pick up: $4/person; Vancouver airport drop off: $2/person; Vancouver Night Tour $5/person; Seattle airport pick up/drop off: $8/person).
  • Personal room fees such as laundry or valet services, telephone calls, or alcoholic beverages/ mini bar items, unless they are otherwise specified.
  • Any private expenses

    • All hotel rooms are non-smoking. Any violation will be penalized $350 (non-refundable cleaning fee) and up.
    • * Service charge of $40 per room per night will be added if you opt to stay at a specific hotel.

  • Language: All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour and/or driver guides (Chinese/Cantonese/ English). Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours and/or languages may be combined to operate the tours.
  • Pre-post Hotel Service: The pre-post hotel service is only available for tours from Vancouver.
  • False Creek Ferries operation is weather-permitting; closed on Dec.25 & 26
  • Optional Meal Plan : Chinese style.

Confirmation

  • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking, please do not book the airline tickets until your received the confirmation.

Redemption

  • You will receive a confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order is received. Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, is included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

Terms & Condition

  • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking, please do not book the airline tickets until your received the confirmation.
  • Cancellation penalties per person (request day and departure day are not counted)
    23-30 days prior to departure date - 30% penalty
    15-22 days prior to departure date - 50% penalty
    No refund within 14-day prior to departure date. No partial refund on any unused services.
    The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. The refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee
    NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds 30 days after completion of the tour.
  • Rockies hotel upgrade is non-refundable once booking confirmed.
  • Prices may vary subject to availability/season/weekend/holiday.
  • We reserve right to cancel a schedule to fully refund affected customers although we will make every effort to maintain the regular operation.
  • We reserve the right to modify the tour arrangements for smooth operation of the tour.
